Installation for Efficient Cotton Drying Using Functional Ceramics
This installation utilizes two types of ceramic materials: one ensures high-quality and efficient drying of raw cotton, while the other prevents the formation of peroxide radicals in cotton seeds due to the cottonseed oil contained in them.

Preliminary results have shown that infrared drying with functional ceramics reduces total energy consumption by 9.4 times compared to traditional methods, while electricity costs are more than 2.3 times lower.

Additionally, one of the primary goals is to reduce energy consumption and shorten the technological process duration.

Processed seeds simultaneously undergo growth stimulation, development, and sterilization.
