Patient, 40 years old, was admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of Herpes genitalis complicated by secondary immunodeficiency.

History: According to the patient, four years ago, after an accidental sexual encounter, vesicular eruptions appeared on the glans penis, accompanied by a burning sensation and itching. He underwent multiple courses of antiviral therapy, but with no significant improvement.

Complaints upon admission: Vesicular eruptions on the glans penis, burning sensation, itching, pain after sexual intercourse, fever, and frequent prolonged ARVI (acute respiratory viral infections).

Examination: The glans penis was swollen with an erythematous background. There were grouped vesicular eruptions containing clear fluid, some of which had ruptured, forming extremely painful erosions.

Treatment:

• RC(b) – 7 minutes
• RC(s) in the inguinal area – 10 minutes
• Kl(b) – 15 minutes
• KL(s) on the hypothalamus – 5-7 minutes
• Duration: 10 days

Results:

• Swelling, erythema, and itching disappeared by day 3

Patient: 28-year-old female

Symptoms: Shortness of breath, weakness, malaise, left-sided chest pain, dry cough, and persistent fever up to 38°C.

Diagnosis: Abscessing echinococcosis of the left lung.

Disease duration: 7–8 months.

Initial examination:

• X-ray findings: A formation up to 3 cm in diameter.
• Hospital recommendation: Surgical removal of the abscessed lung tissue.
• Patient decision: Refused surgery and sought alternative treatment at our clinic.

Treatment approach:
Electroacupuncture diagnostics using R. Voll’s method was performed to select appropriate radiators. Therapy focused on reducing inflammation, suppressing infection, and restoring blood circulation in the affected lung.

Treatment progress:

• Day 2: General condition improved.
• Day 7: Purulent sputum with blood discharge, suggesting abscess drainage. Staphylococcus was identified in sputum culture.
• Total treatment duration: 47 days.
• Outcome: Stable improvement, complete symptom resolution, and follow-up X-ray confirmed the absence of any cavity formations in the lungs.

The patient was admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of prostate adenoma. Treatment involved the use of local emitters RC+ZC+KL applied to the lower abdominal area, as well as the "ST" device. Symptoms of adenoma, such as difficulty urinating and discomfort in the lower abdomen, which had troubled the patient for five years, completely disappeared after 12 sessions.

The patient was admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. According to the medical history, the condition had persisted for 25 years, with multiple outpatient treatments, including Kenalog. Periods of remission initially lasted up to four months but later shortened to one month, eventually ceasing entirely by the time of admission. The patient had to rely on medications such as Naphthyzin and Sanorin to facilitate nasal breathing.

A 66-year-old patient presented with complaints of severe headache, increased blood pressure up to 220/110 mmHg, dizziness, general weakness, malaise, and inability to move without assistance.

Diagnosis: Atherosclerosis III, atherosclerosis of the cerebral vessels, post-acute cerebrovascular accident, left-sided hemiparesis.

Objective findings:
Electroacupuncture testing (EAV by Voll) showed a general conductivity of 20. Readings at the vascular control point were (D) - 12, (S) - 10, and for the pancreas, 12 and 10, respectively. SPED readings were 14 and 16.

A 51-year-old female patient was diagnosed with bladder atony for three months.
Symptoms:

A 72-year-old male patient, a chronic smoker for 40 years, was diagnosed with Buerger’s disease (thromboangiitis obliterans).

• Severe pain even at rest, requiring bed confinement and a wheelchair

A 50-year-old male patient, E.A., sought treatment for a highly painful burn scar.
History:
The patient suffered a severe workplace injury due to an exploding piston containing hydrochloric acid, resulting in 70% body surface burns.

• Survival was considered miraculous, as no previous cases had survived burns covering more than 55% of the body.
• He spent 28 days in ICU, experiencing two near-death episodes.
• He felt well for the first three months post-injury, but later developed increasing pain on the right side of his body.

Symptoms two months before visiting the clinic:

• Unbearable, persistent pain along the right side
• Worse during rainy weather, but improved in a very cold, air-conditioned room, causing the patient to spend most of his time indoors
• Thick keloid scar covering the entire body, with the most painful area warmer than surrounding skin
• Pain was so intense that it made life unbearable, but there were no suicidal thoughts
• Required daily injections of pethidine (100 mg) and dihydrocodeine (2 tablets every 4 hours)

Treatment:

The Kamolot-Salomatlik clinic conducted observations on 20 patients with various forms of pyoderma (furunculosis, hidradenitis, abscesses, osteofolliculitis, staphyloderma).

• 16 patients had an acute disease course, and 4 had chronic pyoderma.

The increased readings at these points indicate a compensatory increase in the activity of processes in these organs, rather than pathology. Patient N., a 42-year-old woman. No significant symptoms were observed except for pain in the right calf muscle. The pain is quite dull, causing discomfort, mainly in the mornings, preventing the patient from fully bending her legs. There is no exacerbation during walking, but the discomfort is more pronounced at night, and massage does not provide relief.

A course of resonance therapy based on EAF readings was conducted. The ZB emitter was mainly used in the calf area.

After the first session, the pain completely disappeared and has not returned.

Patient, born in 1976, presented to the clinic with complaints of pain in the left postaural area and external auditory canal, widening of the left eye fissure, and tearing from the left eye.

Medical History: Ill for a week; the condition began after suffering from influenza, no treatment received before the clinic visit.

On Examination: Left eye fissure is widened, no blink reflex, pronounced tearing, positive "paralysis" symptom on the left, absence of facial expressions on the left side of the face, face deviation to the right. The patient was diagnosed with acute neuropathy of the facial nerve of viral etiology. Treatment with the "INFRA R" RT method was aimed at destroying the viral infection, restoring metabolism and microcirculation in the affected nerve area, improving blood circulation in the affected muscles, and increasing their tone. Therapy was conducted only with local emitters. On the 3rd day of therapy, tearing ceased, and the pain disappeared. On the 7th day, blinking appeared, and the eye fissure returned to normal size. By the end of treatment on the 12th day, the patient's facial expressions were fully restored.

Patient, 45 years old. Complaints: Pain in the left leg at the Achilles tendon attachment site for two years; painkillers do not provide relief. The patient limps when walking. The condition is deteriorating. X-rays showed no changes.

Treatment: Mainly therapy with RC, GI, and ZB emitters for 8 days.

Side Effects: None observed.

Results: Significant improvement. According to a 10-point questionnaire, the patient experiences 90% relief, even with prolonged work involving long walks. Remission lasted for 9 months, after which the patient returned to the clinic due to a relapse.

Patient Z., male, 33 years old. Aching wound in the Achilles tendon area for three days. Painfulness, local temperature increase, limping gait due to shoe pressure. The GI emitter was applied to the affected area for 40 minutes. Immediately after the 40 minutes, pain was not felt in the area, and limping ceased.

Comments: The GI emitter has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.

Patient M.H., female, 32 years old.

Complaints: Swelling, pain, increased temperature, and a painful inflammation focus in the middle part of the nail on the right thumb for 2 days. Possibly of bacterial etiology, additionally with fungal infection of the nail. The patient wanted to try IR therapy. The thumb was exposed to the AF emitter for an hour.

Results: The next day, the finger was completely normal, without signs of inflammation.

Comments: There is a possibility of spontaneous remission. However, according to the patient's previous medical history, she periodically had similar problems that usually lasted for a week with antibiotics. The quick symptomatic relief was timely, as the patient has a lot of housework.

Patient A.F., a 6-year-old boy. The issue was an abscess with a fistula under the nail of the left middle finger. His father, a doctor, simply observed, hoping it might resolve spontaneously. The reason for inaction was that starting antibiotics would require a certain duration, possibly leading to diarrhea. However, after three days, the swelling and pain slightly increased.

IR Therapy Course: Used emitter – GI with a wavelength of 22.5 μm. Exposure time — 20 minutes, half an hour break, then another 20 minutes. That same day, 6 hours later, the finger was examined, and to everyone's surprise, it was completely normal, painless, without signs of inflammation.

Side Effects: None observed.

Comments: The GI emitter is antibacterial, its radiation interrupts about 10 chemical processes within the pathogenic bacteria. Without the ability to divide, the bacteria die. Such good results have been observed in many patients with abscesses, subcutaneous fat inflammations, otitis, osteomyelitis, and peritonitis, so this was not unexpected.

Patient R., male, 35 years old. He has been seropositive for 2 years, diagnosed with AIDS. The patient frequently suffers from abscesses and inflammations of subcutaneous fat, joint pains, and has been hospitalized several times. He came to the hospital complaining of an abscess and inflammation of the subcutaneous fat of the left lower limb, which has been accompanied by high fever for 2 weeks, causing severe joint pain and immobility. Upon examination, the patient's general condition is severe, skin is pale, with a temperature of 39°C that does not decrease despite antibiotics. The skin on the left leg is markedly swollen, especially around the knee, calf, and foot. On the front of the calf, there are two ulcers measuring 3x4 cm, the bottom of which is covered with purulent discharge. The diagnosis is septic arthritis and inflammation of the subcutaneous fat. The patient refused to go to a general hospital. He was given antibiotics for a few days, with the expectation of his return for a follow-up. After discussing with the doctor, he agreed to use IR emitters at home as prescribed. The patient was provided with five IR emitters: GI, ZB, KL, RC, RV, with instructions on how to use them. As soon as home treatment began, the fever normalized (possibly also due to antibiotics). However, the patient did not return for antibiotics but continued treatment only with IR emitters, so this treatment can be considered monotherapy. Treatment was conducted with local emitters. RV-s was applied to all organs (brain, spinal cord, heart, liver, spleen, kidneys, intestines, lungs, tonsils) for 2-3 minutes, 3 times a day. Spinal massage was performed twice a day using the ZB-s emitter. Simultaneously, therapy was aimed at normalizing gut flora, lipid metabolism, and stimulating the adrenal glands twice a day. For the ulcer area, RV-s and GI-s were used for 5-10 minutes with a gradual increase in exposure to 30 minutes, 2-3 times a day.

Results: The patient's general condition improved daily. His well-being improved, no fever was present, and appetite increased. Swelling in the leg and lymphostasis significantly reduced after 2 weeks of treatment, with only slight swelling remaining around the knee. Although signs of septic arthritis were clinically observed, the pain significantly decreased, and the patient could walk with crutches. An ulcer with purulent discharge formed in the popliteal fossa. The patient continues treatment with local emitters at home, showing signs of improvement. No side effects were observed.

Comments: We were concerned that the patient might experience worsening of a cold, as the ZB emitter dilates blood vessels, and with blood flow, there could be an increased spread of breakdown products and infectious agents throughout the body. If the general condition worsens, the patient is advised to reduce the exposure time of the ZB emitter, which could hinder optimal treatment. Fortunately, the patient experienced no complications, and the cold subsided immediately after the first day of therapy.

Patient M.A., a 1-year-old boy.

Medical History: The patient had diarrhea for several days, leading to multiple doctor visits. During one visit, an ultrasound was performed, revealing massive damage to the inner wall of the bladder. The patient was referred for further evaluation. A CT scan identified a 2x2 cm tumor in the bladder. Cystoscopy and biopsy confirmed rhabdomyosarcoma.

A full course of chemotherapy was administered, followed by another CT scan and cystoscopy.

Result: Only a slight reduction in tumor size was observed. Surgery was planned, which could result in lifelong urinary incontinence. As a result of chemotherapy, the child experienced complete hair loss, and his skin became glossy; this condition persisted for 2 months until the start of resonance therapy, which the father sought out as an alternative.

The child was brought to the Infra Life clinic 4 months after diagnosis, where it was explained to the father that no guarantees could be given since there were no similar cases in clinical practice. However, given that the principle of cancer treatment is the same, the father wished to try it. The child was treated mainly with RC, RV, and briefly with ZB emitters every other day for 2 weeks, with a recommendation to continue at home using the RC emitter.

The father was also advised to continue monitoring with the same oncologist, and if no changes occurred, to proceed as he saw fit.

Result: One week after starting the therapy, the patient began to regrow hair. Hair growth was very rapid, noticeable within days. After 2 weeks, the patient was discharged to continue treatment at home. Hair length increased, and a week later, the boy started walking.

Side Effect: During the first few days of therapy, the child slept more than usual, there was a slight increase in appetite, and he drank more milk than usual.

Patient, 40 years old, male, has been suffering from hypertension for five years, taking nifedipine 10 mg tablets. Weight - 109 kg, followed a diet and did daily exercises, but excess weight and blood pressure remained uncontrolled. Upon admission to the clinic, blood pressure was 140-150/90-100. For one month, the patient received daily RT treatment with the "INFRA R" method, using RV, GI, and ZB emitters. Then, treatment was continued once a week for another month, and then every two weeks for several more sessions. One week after starting therapy, the patient reduced the dose of Nifedipine to 5 mg and then completely stopped taking the medication after 3 weeks.

Post-Monthly Treatment: Weight decreased to 95 kg; blood pressure stabilized at 120-130/70-80 without medication. Throughout the treatment, the patient's weight continued to decrease, reaching 90 kg two months after starting RT. He was monitored for one year; even after discontinuing RT, weight, blood pressure, and lipid metabolism remained within normal limits. No side effects were observed during treatment.

Patient, born in 1985, came to the clinic complaining of no dorsiflexion and loss of sensitivity in the right foot.

Medical History: Ill for 8 months, the onset linked to a viral infection. No treatment was received before visiting the clinic. Upon examination, the patient was diagnosed with peroneal neuropathy.

On Examination: The foot hangs, no dorsiflexion in the right foot, reduced pain, and temperature sensitivity.

Treatment with the "INFRA R" RT method aimed at destroying the viral infection, restoring metabolism and microcirculation at the affected nerve area, improving blood circulation in the affected muscles, increasing their tone, and stimulating immunity. Therapy was conducted with both general and local emitters.

On the 3rd day of treatment, partial dorsiflexion of the right foot appeared; by the 10th day, foot movements were restored by 90%, and sensitivity was fully recovered.

Patient: 40 years old. Has had hypertension for five years, taking nifedipine 10 mg tablets. Overweight, with a weight of 109 kg. Does daily exercises and follows a diet. However, excess weight and blood pressure are not controlled.

Blood Pressure: Was between 140-150/90-100.

Treatment: Underwent RT treatment, mostly using RV, GI, and ZB emitters. Completed a one-month course, then once a week for another month, and then every two weeks for several more sessions.

After One Month of Treatment: Weight decreased to 95 kg, although it had been very difficult to lose weight before, despite adhering to a diet.

Blood Pressure: Was better controlled; the patient reduced the dose of Nifedipine to 5 mg after one week and then completely stopped taking medications after three weeks of therapy. Blood pressure stabilized at 120-130/70-80 without medication. Weight was also maintained with continued regular exercise and diet.

Two Months After Starting RT: Weight continued to decrease, reaching 90 kg. He no longer continues treatment, but body weight, blood pressure, and lipid metabolism remain normal and are maintained at normal levels for a year (at the time of this case description).

Side Effects: None observed.

Comments:

1. Resonance therapy is effective for weight loss. This phenomenon was observed in 20% of patients.
2. Weight loss leads to better control of hypertension.
3. There's a possibility of curing hypertension with the beneficial side effect of reducing excess weight.

Patient: 60 years old, suffers from hypertension and diabetes for 30 years. Notes vision deterioration (cannot read). Blood pressure is poorly controlled; over the last 30 years, it usually ranged from 150/100 to 170/110. When the patient came to Infra Life clinic, blood pressure consistently stayed at 160-170/110 despite maximum doses of prazosin, nifedipine, and enalapril. Diastolic pressure has not decreased below 90 for the last 20 years. For diabetes, the patient takes high doses of glibenclamide and metformin.

RT Course: Main emitters used - GI, ZB, KL, and AK.

Result: Blood pressure significantly reduced and stabilized, often maintaining at 130/80 in the early morning, 120-130/70. Prazosin intake was ceased, and the doses of the other two hypertension medications were halved. Vision improved remarkably, allowing the patient to read again. Peripheral neuropathy in the toes diminished by 90%. Lost 9 kg (while simultaneously following a diet). Physical condition improved, can now walk for half an hour without feeling tired. No side effects were noted.

Note: Improvement in physical condition and weight loss are considered positive side effects observed in most patients.

Patient: 33 years old. After childbirth, the patient experienced cardiac arrest for 10 minutes. The heart function was restored through resuscitation efforts, but acute cerebral circulatory disturbance persisted. This occurred 13 months before the start of RT.

Condition: The patient was in a vegetative state. Observed spastic contracture of the limbs, legs completely immobile. No response to address. Fed through a tube since chewing and swallowing are very slow.

Treatment: Underwent therapy with IR emitters twice a day for a month. The main emitter used was ZB on the head, joints, and spine.

Improvements Noted:

1. Can chew and swallow 4 times faster.
2. Extends her arms more.
3. All joints are relaxed, making physiotherapy easier.
4. Toe movements, and upon light stroking of the thigh, the patient moves her leg, which did not happen in the past 13 months.
5. She blinked after her husband asked her to blink to show she understands instructions. Smiles when spoken to.

After One Month of Treatment: Could not continue.

Comments: Treatment resulted in partial improvement even a year after the onset of the condition. For better results, it's recommended to start therapy as soon as possible.

Patient: 20 years old. Brain hypoxia developed due to trauma followed by an MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident), ill for a year. As a result of the accident, the patient had a hemopneumothorax, which was complicated by brain hypoxia. The patient was in a vegetative state with spastic contracture of the limbs and stiffness in the joints, though the neck was mobile but could not be straightened. Lying on his stomach, he could not lift his head. Eating was possible but very slow. Did not respond to auditory stimuli. Received a one-month course of RT using the ZB emitter on the spine and head. After this period, the family was recommended to continue treatment at home with the emitter.

Result: Some improvements were noted:

• Can chew and swallow the same amount of food three times faster.
• While sitting, can straighten his neck and hold it upright for a prolonged period, which he couldn't do before; can lift his head in any lying position, which he couldn't do before; can lift his leg if placed on the edge of the bed.
• Responds to spoken words by turning his head. Smiles more at people around him. Produces more sounds as if trying to say something.

Patient: 50 years old. Complained of severe sweating of the hands and feet. Upon examination, the hands were as wet as if they had just been in water. As far as he remembers, this condition has lasted for 20-30 years. EAF (Electro-Acupuncture Feedback) readings at most points were 70-85. Treatment aimed at normalizing EAF readings. Positive dynamics were observed with the RV emitter. The next day, all EAF readings were 50-60, and the hands were completely dry. The patient felt comfortable for the first time. After 3 sessions, when he returned a week later, all EAF diagnostic readings were 45-50. A brief course with GI, ZB, and KL emitters was conducted. The next day, readings were 60-70, and hyperhidrosis returned. The RC emitter was used when readings remained at 50-60. Hyperhidrosis did not reappear. The patient came for a check-up two weeks later; readings remained normal, and hyperhidrosis was not observed. One and a half months after the initial course, his clinical condition remained in remission. No side effects were observed.

Comments: The treatment of this condition is entirely based on EAF readings. When readings normalize, an improvement is expected, but the condition might not be entirely normal, hence a longer course might be necessary. Perhaps 7 days would give a satisfactory response to the treatment. This case is considered more exceptional than common.

Patient: 34 years old. Complaints: Painless chronic recurring ulcers on the legs and venous stasis with bilateral edema for 4 years, continuing 2 years before starting RT. The patient is forced to stay at home; prolonged standing and walking cause discomfort and increase swelling in the calves. She treated the wounds with normal saline, but the size of the ulcers did not change. Before treatment, on the anterior-medial surface of the right ankle joint, there was an ulcer measuring 4.5 x 2.3 cm; on the left ankle joint's anterior-medial surface, an ulcer measuring 3 x 4 cm.

Treatment: 25 sessions. Primarily, the emitter was applied to the ulcer area.

Result: The ulcer healed well, and the swelling noticeably decreased, allowing the patient to stand and walk for longer periods. The feeling of discomfort in the legs was almost imperceptible, and there were no restrictions on standing time.

After 25 sessions: The size of the right ulcer reduced to 1.4 x 1.0 cm, the left ulcer was completely epithelialized. Treatment continued once a week for a month until full recovery.

Side Effects: None.

Comments: The ZB emitter mainly affects the normalization of the condition of blood vessels by removing pathological collagen from their walls.

Patient: Born in 1982, admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis - Dermatomyositis, Polymyositis, Act II, Stage II. From the medical history, she has been ill since March 1996 when she first noticed skin thickening on the face, neck, arms, legs, and abdomen. She underwent hormonal therapy for 1.5 years. Objectively, skin thickening is noted on the neck, arms, shoulders, forearms, back, abdomen, thighs, and calves (more on the right and extensor surfaces). Her weight is 84 kg with a height of 148 cm. Treatment lasted for 3.5 months, receiving ZB for 5-15 minutes 2 times a week, RC with a floating schedule + KL for 15 minutes daily, GI(s) on the intestines for 15-20 minutes and on the kidneys for 5 minutes for one month, KL(s) on the thymus and pancreas for 2 months. As a result of the therapy, skin thickening disappeared, skin color normalized, skin turgor was preserved, hormonal drugs were no longer taken, and weight decreased to 60 kg.

Patient: 12 years old. Diagnosed with autism at age 2. Main symptoms: Does not control anger, scattered attention, sluggishness, weak communication skills. Born a normal child with no birth complications. Development was normal until age 2, then unusual behavior was noticed when she stopped responding to external stimuli. The patient underwent courses of physiotherapy and acupuncture. Her mother, a teacher, devoted much time to her development. At age 9, there was some improvement; she could write, read, and use a computer. Understands TV programs and spoken language, speaks English and Malay well, can answer questions. However, her attention span is very short, easily irritated when a question is repeated if she hasn't answered yet. Usually screams in response. Typically can only read 3-4 sentences and does not focus on continuing. A 10-day daily RT course was conducted.

Progress Noted: Based on parental observation, the patient usually can concentrate on just a few sentences. After 5 days of therapy, she was able to concentrate longer, and after 10 days, she could read 3-4 pages at once. Surprisingly, by the end of the course, she could lie calmly on the bed for a 2-hour treatment session, although in the first days, she couldn't sit or lie still. She also became less aggressive, and according to her parents, less easily irritated than before treatment.

Side Effect: During treatment, after the first sessions, the patient developed itchy spots. The rash appeared suddenly and disappeared on its own without medication.

Comments: Improvement in concentration after the resonance therapy course. Unfortunately, a longer therapy course was not possible due to demographic reasons.

Patient: 60 years old, has had diabetes for 15 years, concerned about deteriorating vision, numbness in feet and hands. There's an infiltrate on the right big toe with marked hyperemia, swelling, and a central necrosis focus, but no pain in the infiltrate area. Drainage was performed, expelling 10 ml of pus. The patient was treated with RT using GI, ZB, and KL emitters. As a result of treatment, the wound healed, sensitivity in the lower extremities significantly improved, the numbness in the toes was reduced by 90% compared to the initial state. An interesting observation was that after 3 weeks of treatment, the patient's vision improved. (She started reading again, although she hadn't been able to do so for nearly 8 years). No side effects were observed.

A 54-year-old female patient has had diabetes for over 10 years and has been taking oral hypoglycemic medications.
A month ago, a trophic ulcer appeared on the first toe of the foot, which progressed to gangrene with inflammation of the subcutaneous fat tissue around the periphery. The surgeon proposed an operation to remove the entire foot, and possibly, if circulation in the lower leg was poor, amputation up to the popliteal fossa. The patient categorically refused the operation.

Treatment with infrared (IR) emitters was initiated. The affected limb was treated with GI and RV emitters for 10–20 minutes twice a day. On the third day of treatment, ZB was added for 3–5 minutes on the affected area and 10 minutes twice a day on the lower leg.

Additionally, KL-s emitters were applied to the pancreas for 5 minutes in two projections.
As a result of the therapy, the patient began experiencing pain (before treatment, she had no sensation in the affected limb), and the signs of inflammation around the gangrene focus significantly decreased. Amputation was limited to the gangrenous area, as circulation in the leg and foot vessels remained normal.

No side effects were observed.

Comments:
For all patients with diabetic foot lesions, GI and ZB emitters are used (GI destroys pathogenic bacteria, while ZB improves microcirculation). Treatment should begin as early as possible, increasing exposure to 40–60 minutes three to four times a day. If the clinical picture is favorable, surgical intervention can be postponed. Standard wound care and surgical removal of necrotic tissue are performed.

Patient Z.A., a 60-year-old woman, has had diabetes for 15 years, with worsening vision, peripheral neuropathy, and numbness in her legs and hands. She also had an infiltrate with pronounced hyperemia, swelling, and a necrotic center on the big toe of her right foot, but no pain in the area. Drainage was performed, releasing 10 ml of pus.

The patient was treated with IR therapy, mainly using GI, ZB, and KL emitters.

Result: The wound healed, and sensitivity in the lower limbs improved significantly. Numbness in her toes decreased by 90% compared to the initial state. An interesting observation was that after three weeks, her vision improved. The patient could read, something she had been unable to do for almost eight years before therapy.

No side effects were observed.

Comments:
The ZB emitter is recommended for diabetic retinopathy treatment. Since it is effective in treating diabetic retinopathy, it may also be used for its prevention. Therapy is very simple—only 1 minute, two to three times a day, and possibly once daily for preventive purposes.

Patient B.Y., a 60-year-old man, has had hypertension and diabetes for 30 years. His vision was weak, and he could not read. His blood pressure (BP) had been poorly controlled for 30 years, usually ranging from 150/100 to 170/110. When he visited the Infra Life clinic, his BP remained at 160–170/110 despite taking maximum doses of prazosin, nifedipine, and enalapril. His diastolic pressure had never been below 90 mmHg in the last 20 years. He also took high doses of glibenclamide and metformin for diabetes.

He underwent a course of resonance IR therapy using GI, ZB, KL, and AK emitters.

Result: His BP significantly decreased and stabilized at 130/70. Prazosin was discontinued, and the doses of the other two antihypertensive drugs were halved. His BP remained stable at 130/80 in the morning, sometimes reaching 120–130/70.

His vision improved remarkably—he could read the Quran and newspapers. Peripheral neuropathy in his toes improved by 90% compared to the initial state. He lost 9 kg through diet. His physical condition improved, and he could walk for half an hour without fatigue.

No side effects were observed. The improvement in physical condition and weight loss were considered positive side effects, commonly seen in most patients.

Comments:
The ZB emitter can be used to treat diabetic retinopathy. Since it is effective for treating diabetic retinopathy, it may also be recommended for prevention. The therapy is simple—just 1 minute, two to three times a day, or possibly once daily for prevention. In 35 out of 40 patients, BP stabilization was observed. Dose reduction or discontinuation of medications was also an interesting phenomenon. However, the question of how to maintain BP using IR emitters remains under study.

A 41-year-old male patient had diabetes for many years and was taking Glucophage and glibenclamide tablets.

Complaints: A painless, non-healing ulcer the size of a coin on the right sole for two years, along with symptoms of diabetic neuropathy.
The ulcer had remained the same size for two years. The patient underwent debridement and surgical cleaning of necrotic tissue, which led to noticeable healing but not complete closure. The wound remained open. Suturing was attempted, but fluid continued to ooze from the wound. The wound was cleaned daily with a standard saline solution. It remained clean, but its edges were thickened, and the size did not change.

An orthopedic surgeon performed a Z-shaped incision and sutured the ulcer. Simultaneously, resonance therapy was initiated. The ulcer completely healed within two weeks. After another two weeks, numbness and reduced sensitivity in his toes improved, though some residual numbness remained. Treatment was discontinued because the patient lived far away and could not attend sessions regularly. His overall condition also significantly improved.

No side effects were observed.

Comments:
The effects of IR therapy on diabetic foot lesions have been noted in many patients undergoing this treatment. The therapy improves blood circulation in the lower limbs.

A 50-year-old male patient has suffered from constant diplopia for 5 years, sometimes so severe that he is unable to drive. He takes pyridostigmine regularly. Additionally, he has a 5×6 cm lipoma on the right side of his head and experiences elevated blood pressure (160-170/100-110) despite taking antihypertensive medication.

A course of infrared therapy ("INFRA R") was administered, with the primary emitter applied to the eye area (GI), selected based on EAF (electro-acupuncture feedback) indicators. The treatment was conducted six days a week for four weeks, followed by continued home therapy using GI and ZB emitters. The patient visits for follow-up every two weeks.

Result: Within two months of treatment initiation, diplopia did not recur. Blood pressure slightly decreased, stabilizing at 140-150/90-100, and medication intake was reduced to once daily.

A 51-year-old male patient was advised by his ophthalmologist to undergo urgent surgery in Australia. Instead, he sought a trial course of infrared therapy ("INFRA R") at Infra Life Clinic. During the therapy, he continued weekly ophthalmologist visits to monitor the response. The newly formed blood vessels constricted to the point of becoming undetectable, and the cornea returned to a completely normal state.

Additionally, all his gray hair turned black. He also had suffered from tinnitus for 20 years due to a bomb explosion during military service. After therapy, the tinnitus disappeared.

A male patient, born in 1950, was admitted with a diagnosis of intestinal dysbacteriosis. Complaints included frequent bowel movements with undigested food after every meal and significant weight loss. The condition had persisted for two years, and previous medical treatments provided only temporary relief.

At admission: Bodyweight deficit of 21% (height 188 cm, weight <70 kg), pale skin, reduced skin turgor, fatigue, and weakness.

Treatment:

• GI(s) emitter applied to the intestinal area for 15 minutes
• GI “CT” for 20 minutes
• GI(b)+KL according to the general treatment schedule for 1 week

Results: Normalized stool after the first session; improved energy levels after the fifth session. The patient completed a two-week course. One-year follow-up showed no recurrence of intestinal disorders, and the patient gained 14 kg.

A 40-year-old male teacher complained of persistent drowsiness and calf muscle discomfort for two years. He attributed the muscle discomfort to prolonged standing at work. The pain was most noticeable in the morning and evening. Examination revealed tenderness upon palpation of the calf muscle; arterial pulsation was normal.

Treatment: GI and ZB emitters applied to the calf muscle.

Results: Daily noticeable improvement; discomfort completely resolved after three sessions. Drowsiness was noted only after the first session. The patient felt more energetic, and sleepiness disappeared. Since the improvement occurred within three days, treatment was discontinued.

Comments: Similar therapy has shown good results in other patients with similar conditions.

Patient F.Y., a 27-year-old male, was involved in a car accident four months before treatment, sustaining a mid-shaft fracture of the right femur. Two months post-injury, there was no bone union and only minimal callus formation. A bone graft was performed. After four months, callus formation was observed, but not at the fracture site. The patient was using crutches and unable to lift anything.

EAF indicators ranged between 70-85 at most points. Therapy was primarily conducted using RC, RV, GI, ZB, and KB emitters. The RV emitter elicited a response, but morning therapy sessions showed unchanged EAF levels.

Results: X-ray after three weeks showed increased callus formation. After six weeks, a well-formed callus was observed, and the patient was able to walk without crutches.

No side effects were noted.

Comments: During the first week, EAF indicators showed no response to the KB emitter, which is typically used for osteogenesis. This suggests that the delayed healing was not solely due to the fracture itself but also systemic dysfunction, as indicated by the EAF readings.

A 55-year-old patient complained of constipation for 3-5 days, pain along the colon. According to EAF, numbers below the norm of 35-40 were noted at the colon points and bac nodules were tested. Salmonella. The improvement of the indicators was observed with the use of the GI emitter. Normalization of stool in the patient was noted after 6 procedures.

A 75-year-old male patient complained of difficulty urinating and frequent nighttime urination (4-5 times per night). Ultrasound confirmed prostate adenoma.

Treatment:

• "CT" device and simultaneous application of RC emitter to the abdominal wall, followed by ZB+KL emitters
• GI+ZB emitters applied to the intestines
• KL emitter applied to the thymus, heels, pancreas, and hypothalamus

Results: By the third day, urination became easier. After seven days, nighttime urination reduced to 1-2 times per night. After 10 days, only once per night. A follow-up ultrasound showed a 20% reduction in prostate size.

Patient H.S., an 80-year-old female, had been diagnosed with CAD seven years prior and had hypertension for 15 years. Unable to tolerate any medications due to adverse effects. At the time of admission, she was bedridden, experiencing severe chest pain and shortness of breath with minimal movement. For the past 3-4 years, she had up to 20 pain episodes daily.

Treatment: 30-day infrared therapy, using ZB, AK, and GI emitters on the heart and affected organs. Initial blood pressure: 160-170/100-110.

Results: By day 3, fewer chest pain episodes, with no severe nighttime attacks. After two weeks, pain was infrequent and milder. Blood pressure stabilized at 150-160/80-90. After one month, she continued home therapy with GI and ZB emitters. Her condition remained stable with no side effects.

A male patient, born in 1956, was admitted with severe IDDM, lower limb angiopathy, and retinopathy. Comorbidities included cervical-thoracic osteochondrosis and chronic cholecystitis.

History: Diagnosed 18 years ago, onset linked to severe stress, initially presenting as a diabetic coma. Requires 56 units of insulin daily.

Complaints: Dry mouth, significant weight loss, leg pain and numbness, drowsiness, and constipation.

Treatment: Comprehensive infrared therapy over 12 days.

Results: By day 3, dry mouth disappeared. By day 8, numbness and leg cramps resolved. By day 10, lower limb pulse became detectable. By day 12, he gained 2 kg. Lab tests normalized, and insulin dosage was reduced from 56 to 36 units daily. A one-year follow-up showed further insulin reduction to 13 units/day.

A female patient, born in 1925, was admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of severe insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) with weight loss, complicated by a trophic ulcer on the right foot and diabetic nephropathy. Comorbid pathology: cerebral atherosclerosis.

Complaints:
Severe pain in the right leg, leg swelling, non-healing ulcer on the right foot, thirst, severe weakness, dizziness, and hand tremors.

Medical history:
Diagnosed with diabetes for 20 years, but has been taking insulin only for the past 5 years at a daily dose of 32 units (four times a day: 8-10-8-6). The patient has received both inpatient and outpatient treatment multiple times and has undergone three surgeries for a non-healing trophic ulcer on the right foot (ulcer since 1996).

Objective data:
General condition: severe. Pale skin and visible mucous membranes, pasty face. Heart sounds muffled, accentuated second heart sound over the aorta. Blood pressure: 140/100 mmHg. The abdomen is bloated and slightly tense (flatulence). Pasternatsky's symptom is weakly positive on both sides. Leg swelling present. Postoperative wound on the right foot measuring 20x12 cm with smooth edges, discharging serous-purulent fluid.

Laboratory and instrumental findings:

• CBC: RBC – 3.9, WBC – 9.2, lymphocytes – 44%, ESR – 22 mm/h.
• Blood glucose: 12 mmol/L, Urine glucose: 3%.
• ECG: pronounced dystrophic changes in the myocardium, left ventricular hypertrophy.
• Fundus examination: phonosclerosis, retinal vessel angiopathy, narrowed arteries, tortuous veins, thrombosis of small venous vessels, visual acuity: OD/OS 0.6/0.6.

Electroacupuncture findings:
Decreased indicators on biologically active points (BAPs) of the lymphatic system, lungs, large intestine, and nervous system. Sharply reduced indicators on the meridians of blood vessels, pancreas, spleen, stomach, and bladder. High readings on kidney and gallbladder meridians.

Treatment (34 days):

• GI therapy: general, starting with 20 minutes and increasing daily to 40 minutes for 18 days.
• RC therapy: general, increasing from 1.5x2 min to 3x2 min over 16 days.
• AF therapy: general, 10-15 minutes.
• KL therapy: local (heels: 5-20 min, pancreas: 5 min in two projections).
• ZB therapy: general, 10 min once a week.

Results:

• The trophic ulcer on the right foot healed.
• Insulin dose reduced to 13 units/day (three doses: 4-5-4).
• Blood glucose decreased to 7.2 mmol/L, urine glucose absent.
• CBC: Hb – 102 g/L, RBC – 4.2, WBC – 6.8, ESR – 16 mm/h.
• Fundus examination: retinal angiopathy, moderate vein dilation and tortuosity, isolated microaneurysms, visual acuity: OD/OS 0.8/0.8.
• Electroacupuncture indicators normalized.

Clinical Observations:
The clinic monitored 151 diabetic patients, including 18 with insulin-dependent diabetes (IDDM) and 133 with non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDDM). Patients ranged in age from 12 to 75 years, with disease duration from newly diagnosed (4.6%) to 25 years. Despite prior therapy, all patients had elevated blood sugar levels (8.2 to 20.8 mmol/L), diabetic neuropathy, and micro/macroangiopathy (retinopathy, nephropathy – 84.6%). Non-healing trophic ulcers were observed in 10.6%, gangrene of the foot in 4%, fungal infections in 8%, and 5 male patients reported impotence.

• Average blood glucose levels: IDDM – 12.9±2.9 mmol/L, NIDDM – 10.9±3.2 mmol/L.
• Daily insulin dose before treatment: 20 to 60 units.
• Most NIDDM patients: on oral hypoglycemic drugs.

Infrared Therapy Approach:
Infrared (IR) therapy was used to provide anti-inflammatory effects, improve microcirculation, and normalize immune function. The type of IR emitter was selected via electroacupuncture findings (EAF).

Daily procedures included:

1. Regulation of the autonomic nervous system and pancreatic function
2. Metabolic normalization
3. Treatment of chronic infections
4. Microcirculation improvement

Treatment Outcomes:

• Duration: 12-24 days

Patient response:

• Significant improvement by day 7-8
• Thirst and dry mouth disappeared

A 40-year-old female patient with IDDM, taking 50 units of insulin twice daily for the past 5 years. Blood glucose fluctuated between 8-12 mmol/L, sometimes rising to 14-16 mmol/L.
Hospitalized for tonsillitis with high glucose (14-16 mmol/L) despite usual insulin dose.

Treatment:

• Resonance IR therapy daily for 7 days, then irregularly (once every 2-3 days due to work schedule).

Results:

• Pre-insulin blood glucose stabilized at 4-6 mmol/L
• Insulin dose reduced to 30 units/day
• Continued irregular IR therapy (once or twice weekly)
• No side effects observed

Comments:
Resonance therapy is effective for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Many patients achieve significant improvement or discontinue medications entirely, but full success requires 2-3 months of treatment, which most patients are unwilling to commit to. Practice in Tashkent confirms that insulin doses can be significantly reduced.

A female patient, born in 1970, was diagnosed with mild, slow-progressing NIDDM upon hospital admission.

Comorbid condition:
Chronic cholecystitis (exacerbated).

Complaints:
Pain in the right hypochondrium, thirst, dry mouth, headaches, and constipation (bowel movement every 2-3 days).

Medical history:

• Family history of diabetes (maternal side)
• Self-reported symptoms for 1 year, associated with overwork
• No prior treatment

Objective data:

• General condition: relatively satisfactory
• Weight: normal
• Skin: pale
• Tongue: coated yellow at the root
• Abdomen: tender in the right/left hypochondrium
• Liver: palpable, tender, smooth surface

Lab results:

• Blood glucose: 7.2 mmol/L
• Urine glucose: 0.3%
• Prothrombin index (PTI): 98%

Treatment (2 weeks):

• GI therapy: 20-40 min daily
• Local therapy: liver, intestines, adrenals, kidneys, spine (5 min daily)
• ZB therapy: 10 min, twice weekly

Results:

• After 1 week: symptom relief
• After 2 weeks: blood glucose 4.8 mmol/L, urine glucose absent

Follow-up after 1 month: Blood glucose 5.2 mmol/L

The patient, born in 1947, was admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, moderate course, complicated by angiopathy of the lower limb vessels, retinopathy, and nephropathy. Comorbid conditions include chronic colitis and hemorrhoids.

Complaints upon admission: dry mouth, weakness, quick fatigue, sweating, itching, cold extremities, discomfort in the pancreas area, slow wound healing, constipation.

History: The patient has been ill for 2 years, with the onset of the disease associated with stress. Previous treatment: diet, taking Maninil 1 tablet twice a day for the last 3-4 months. No effect from therapy, and the disease is progressing.

The tongue is coated with a white film at the root. Abdomen is tender to palpation in the left hypochondrium and around the navel. The liver protrudes 0.5 cm below the costal margin, painless on palpation, medium density, sharp edge, smooth surface. Pain is noted on palpation of the pancreas. The Pasternack's sign is positive on both sides. Urination is free but frequent, with nocturia, polyuria, and incontinence.

Laboratory-instrumental tests: blood sugar 9.2, urine sugar 1%, fibrinogen 2.42, PTI 100, ultrasound – pancreas contours are smooth, unclear, echostructure is homogeneous, the gland is diffusely thickened, dimensions 2.6 x 1.3 x 2.4.

History: Family history is not burdened. The patient has been ill for 2 years and associates the onset of the disease with a previous acute viral infection. No specific anti-diabetic therapy was provided, the patient took high doses of vitamin C.

Objective data: General condition is relatively satisfactory, skin is pale with an earthy hue, spine is deformed, pronounced scoliosis LIII – LIV, kyphosis TIII – DV, spine is painful on palpation in the lumbar area, pronounced swelling of the lower limbs, face, and eyelids, expiratory shortness of breath, respiratory rate 16, pulse 98 bpm, blood pressure 150/100, tongue is coated with a yellow film. Abdomen is tender on palpation in the right and left hypochondria. The liver is palpable, tender, protruding 2-3 cm from the costal margin, of medium density, smooth surface, rounded edge. Pasternack’s sign is markedly positive on both sides. Urination is painful, frequent, polyuria, stool is constipated (once every 3-4 days).

Laboratory-instrumental studies: blood sugar 9.8 mmol/l, urine sugar 0.7%, eye fundus – angiopathy of retinal vessels, arterial narrowing, increased venous tortuosity.

EAF indicators: on the vascular system, nervous system, and pancreas meridians, all indicators are decreased (20-30).

Complaints: purulent rashes all over the body and face, poor wound healing, burns over the last 2 years, occasional increases in blood pressure, vision loss, temperature rise up to 37.5°C.

History: Family history is burdened on the maternal side, the patient considers herself ill for 2 years, associates the onset of the disease with a previous hepatitis. Previous treatment: Essentiale-forte, antibiotics, general strengthening therapy, antispasmodics.

Objective data: General condition is relatively satisfactory, skin is yellowish, spine is deformed, kyphosis TIII-TIV, painful on palpation in the lumbar area, lower limbs are swollen, inspiratory shortness of breath with increased blood pressure, blood pressure 180/110, tongue coated with yellow film. Abdomen is tender to palpation in the epigastric region, right and left hypochondria, the liver protrudes from the costal margin by 3-4 cm, painful on palpation, medium density, smooth surface, sharp edge. Painful urination, frequent, polyuria.

Laboratory-instrumental studies: Blood sugar 10 mmol/l, urine sugar 0.7%. Eye fundus – angiopathy of retinal vessels, arteries narrowed, veins tortuous, uneven caliber. Visual acuity OD/OS — 0.9/0.8. EAF indicators decreased on all meridians (12-34), pancreas meridian (5-24).

Patient, age 39, sought medical help due to back pain caused by spinal deformity. From the medical history: she has repeatedly consulted manual therapists and received physiotherapeutic treatment but did not experience significant improvement. Upon examination, the patient has a pronounced thoracic kyphosis and lumbar lordosis. She was prescribed a course of treatment with an infrared emitter GI and KL daily for 30-45 minutes, along with a spine massage using the ZB emitter for 5 minutes. As a result of the therapy, after 10 days, the patient's back pain significantly decreased, and the manifestations of kyphosis and lordosis almost disappeared.

Patient, age 46. During the course of therapy using the ceramic emitter P2M combined with the blood normalizer Kr-1 (developed by the Research Center "RRH"), the following changes occurred:

On the first day of irradiation totaling 30 minutes — 5 minutes each in the axillary lymph node area, on the right side of the chest, and at the primary site of damage. Patient S.O., a 5-year-old boy. Five congenital heart defects, including VSD and ASD. Moderate physical activity leads to peripheral and central cyanosis. Surgical intervention was proposed, even with the prospect of temporary and limited improvement, but the parents refused. Currently, complaints include chronic cough, mostly accompanied by vomiting. Vomit attacks occur no less than 10 times a day. Whenever the child goes out, parents always carry a plastic bag because he might cough and vomit, especially after eating. The family approached the clinic to have the boy undergo a course of resonant IR therapy. Significant improvement was not expected due to structural defects, but the parents decided to try. The treatment mainly involved the use of RV, RC, GI, and ZB emitters on the chest and heart area.

Patient, age 43. Medical history: Four months before the start of therapy, diagnosed with a left ovarian cyst measuring 5 x 5 cm. Surgery was planned but postponed by the patient. She came to the Infra Life clinic where mainly RC and ZB emitters were used on the ovary. The treatment duration was 14 sessions, almost daily. Immediately after completing the 14 sessions, the patient visited the same gynecologist, and a follow-up ultrasound was performed: the cyst was not detected.

Patient, age 42.

Complaints:

3. Infertility The primary reason for the consultation is the ovarian cyst and psoriasis.

History: Married for 12 years but never pregnant. Extensive examinations have been performed, including 7 general anesthesias for procedures like laparoscopy and GIFT. She refused further examination and sought alternative treatment for the ovarian cyst. Additionally, the patient has psoriasis on the scalp, trunk, and limbs, especially in the flexural areas, which appeared within 10 days.

An ovarian ultrasound was performed by a gynecologist before the start of therapy. The ovarian diameter was 3.5 cm, however, in addition to the cyst, the gynecologist found a solid structure inside the ovary, thus diagnosing an ovarian tumor. As the nature of the tumor (benign or malignant) was unknown, the patient was advised to undergo urgent cytological examination of the tissue. She refused and opted for a course of infrared therapy.

Treatment Results: After 10 days of therapy, the same gynecologist repeated the ultrasound, and the largest diameter of the tumor was 3.1 cm. Attempts were made to measure the largest possible diameter, but only this measurement was obtained. Thus, the cyst size reduced by 3 mm in 10 days. Unfortunately, the patient could not continue treatment due to work obligations. Psoriasis lesions became less pronounced and flatter. Improvement was noticed immediately after the second day of therapy, with complete skin clearance achieved after 10 days as expected.

No side effects.

Comments: Since the patient was unable to continue treatment, further observation by a gynecologist and adherence to the treatment plan by the attending physician are recommended. The full course of therapy was not completed, but there was a reduction in the size of the ovarian tumor.

Patient P.N., a 7-year-old girl. Complaints of abdominal pain, colic, and diarrhea. This condition lasted for an hour, and the girl was crying from pain. The RV emitter was used for 2 minutes, followed by the GI emitter for 10 minutes.

Result: The pain completely subsided, and the diarrhea stopped immediately.

No side effects observed.

Comments: Abdominal colic and diarrhea, in most cases, arise from viruses or bacteria, which are considered the cause in 90% of such problems. A significant number of patients with these issues have been treated with this method, yielding exclusively good results. Symptomatic relief and cessation of diarrhea occur very quickly after two or three 15-minute sessions each hour. Often, the effect is immediate after the first therapy session.

Patient, age 24, came with complaints of migraine attacks for 12 months. Attacks occur at least 3 times a week, characterized by pulsating headache lasting a day. Provoking factors include rapidly changing weather, such as a hot day followed by a rainy one, and cold air from air conditioning. The IR therapy consisted of 7 sessions. The treatment aimed at normalizing the function of all organs based on EAF indicators. One week after starting the treatment, the patient had only one mild, short attack. An examination a month later showed no recurrence of headaches. No side effects were observed.

Patient, age 24, unmarried. Came with complaints of migraines for 12 months. Pulsating headaches usually last a day. Attacks occur at least 3 times a week. Aggravating factors include rapidly changing weather, like a hot day followed by a rainy one. Additionally, she works in a bank where there's strong air conditioning blowing directly at her.

Treatment: 7 sessions, mainly focusing on normalizing the function of all systemic organs based on EAF indicators.
Follow-up examination after one week: Only one mild, short attack in the last week. Examination after a month showed that the headache had stopped. Recommended to return for treatment for a few days every 3-6 months. The patient lives far away and cannot attend regular check-ups.

No side effects observed.

Patient, a 45-year-old male. Complaints of severe migraine attacks and high blood pressure. Migraine attacks 1-3 times a week for the last 10 years, hypertension for 5-6 years. Migraine attacks are always sudden, lasting from 2 to 5 hours, and resolve just as abruptly, accompanied by vomiting, trembling, and increased frequency with lack of sleep. The headaches come and go suddenly, during which the patient must lie down, and medication does not relieve the pain. All types of preventive measures have been tried without success. Currently, the patient does not take any medications for migraines. Additionally, he was diagnosed with hypertension a year ago for which he takes antihypertensive medication to maintain blood pressure at 140-150/95-105. At the time of consultation at Infra-life Clinic, he was taking Lecidiphil 8 mg/day (usual dose 2 mg). EAF indicators were 80 at most points. A course of RT with the "INFRA R" method was started — only three sessions were conducted. The main emitters used were RV, GI, KH, and ZB. No side effects were observed. Result: Since the start of treatment, there have been no migraine attacks, even when the patient slept only a few hours a day. Two weeks later, he returned and continued treatment for another 7 days. A month later, he sent a letter stating there had been no migraine attacks. The patient was observed for another 5 months, during which time no migraine attacks occurred, and his blood pressure stabilized at 120-130/70-80.

Patient S., a 35-year-old woman. Complaints of frequent migraine attacks, averaging once every 1-2 months for two years, which have increased in frequency over the last year. Each attack lasts several hours throughout the day, characterized by pulsating pain on one side, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Partial relief is achieved with mefenamic acid. When an attack starts, the patient cannot continue working and must lie down.

A course of IR therapy was conducted using RV, ZB, and GI emitters, for which there was a reaction based on EAF indicators. Therapy was performed daily for a total of 10 sessions.

Result: The patient stopped attending as the attacks ceased and did not reappear for 3 months. Recommended to come for check-ups every 3 months and possibly need treatment for a few days if EAF indicators deviate. She returned after 3 months due to a mild attack after a long trip from Malacca. Since then, migraine attacks are very rare and mild.

Comments: This method is good for preventing migraine attacks. Most patients experience a curative effect, but one should expect significant relief in terms of less frequent and less intense attacks. This treatment is not applied during an attack since it can only provide partial relief for headache reduction, not better than painkillers. The therapy aims to normalize the body's condition and blood circulation in the spinal and brain areas, which is a slow process requiring 10 to 20 days.

Patient R., male, 45 years old. Complaints of severe migraine attacks and high blood pressure. Migraine attacks occur 1-3 times a week for the past 10 years, hypertension for 5-6 years. Migraine episodes are always sudden, lasting 2-5 hours, and resolve just as suddenly, accompanied by vomiting, trembling, and increased frequency with lack of sleep. The patient must isolate himself in a room and lie down for several hours until the attack abruptly ends. All types of preventive measures have been tried without success. When an attack starts, no medications help, so the patient no longer takes any medication for this.

In addition, the patient is taking two types of medications for hypertension. One year before starting resonance therapy, he was hospitalized for a week with blood pressure at 220/130 even during sleep. He was discharged with better blood pressure control, his usual BP being 140-150/95-105. He tried various medications until his diastolic pressure reached 90 mmHg. At the time of consultation at Infra-life Clinic, he was taking Lecidiphil 8 mg/day (usual dose 2 mg).

EAF indicators were 80 at most points. A course of resonance IR therapy was started, but only three sessions were conducted due to time constraints. The main emitters used were RV, GI, KH, and ZB.

No side effects were observed.

Result: Since the start of treatment, there have been no migraine attacks, even when the patient slept only a few hours. On his return journey, he drove for 9 hours straight without a stop, but there was no attack, contrary to his expectations. Two weeks later, he returned and continued treatment for another 7 days. After a month, he sent a letter stating that there had been no attacks. Patient, 41 years old. Complaints: Suffering from insufficient erection and absence of ejaculation for 2 years. Medical history: Diagnosed with type II diabetes, taking Glibenclimide 5 mg. Married for 7 years, no children. He notes an erection only once every two weeks, sufficient to start sexual intercourse but not to continue, and in most cases, there's no ejaculation or orgasm. He also reports numbness in his legs (up to mid-calf), general weakness, and malaise.

Treatment: The patient was treated for 7 days. After the 4th session, sexual intercourse became possible every other day, with normal erection and ejaculation. He continued treatment twice and then once a month for 3 months. As a result of the therapy, blood sugar levels decreased from 8-11 mmol/L to normal. After the treatment ended, the patient remained under observation. He noticed a decrease in erection 8 months after stopping treatment, but the numbness in his feet did not return, and blood sugar levels remained within normal limits. After a repeat course of therapy, he again reported improved potency. No side effects or symptoms were observed.

Patient H., female, 30 years old, married, with a 1.5-year-old child, came with complaints of abdominal swelling and edema of both legs from the ankles down for 6 months. Diagnosed with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome HSA, JB. Skin on the legs is glossy, edema significant, making wearing shoes difficult. Additionally, there's ascites.

At the start of therapy, she was taking prednisolone 15 mg daily, T. Lasix 20 mg, T. Slow K. Four months before these events, she had herpes zoster complicating the right chest, leaving a scar after healing. However, the prednisolone dose cannot be reduced due to worsening symptoms and proteinuria.

Protein in urine was three plus (+++), serum albumin 16 mg/dl. These levels are typical for most of her tests.

She underwent a month of resonance therapy daily.

Result: Leg edema noticeably decreased, returning the legs to normal size. Protein in urine reduced to ++, but serum albumin remained between 13-16 mg/dl. The supervising therapist reduced the daily prednisolone dose to 10 mg. Serum protein increased to +++, but serum albumin stayed the same. Waist circumference reduced by 3 cm. Body weight decreased from 45 to 40 kg, possibly due to tissue fluid loss (reduced edema).

An interesting observation was that the legs returned to normal size after 20 days of treatment, allowing for a two-thirds reduction in prednisolone (to 5 mg daily), discontinuation of Lasix and Slow K. After 30 days of therapy, she was advised to come weekly. The clinical picture remained unchanged, with no further improvement in biochemical tests. Therefore, treatment was stopped. A longer course was not feasible as the patient came from far away and had to take a month off work.

Side Effect: After the fifth session, pinpoint hemorrhages and knee pain were noted on one leg. These symptoms resolved within a week of continuing treatment.

Comments: Notably, the ZB emitter clearly affected the reduction of excess fluid in the leg vessels, while serum protein levels remained unchanged. However, the prednisolone dose was reduced by two-thirds compared to the initial dose. In this case, there was significant symptomatic improvement.

In the patient tested by Folle, numbers below normal were found at the control point of the renal cortex. The patient does not complain of kidney pain, and the urine test is normal. Emitters GI, AF, and RV do not test at the renal cortex point, indicating no pathological process in this organ. The effectiveness of the ZB emitter on the arterial point was noted, where applying it improved the readings at the renal cortex points.

Patient, age 39. An infiltrative growth in the breast tissue was palpable.

Six daily irradiations of 12 minutes each were conducted, resulting in significant softening of the tumor tissue, with complete dissolution of cancer-affected tissue observed in some areas.

Patient, male, 34 years old. Complaints of elevated uric acid levels despite adhering to a diet, recurring pain in the metatarsophalangeal joints once a month for 2 years. At the time of admission to Infra Life Clinic, he had been suffering from continuous joint pain for 2 months. Uric acid - 7-8 mg/dl. For 2 months, he has been receiving NSAIDs injections 4 times a day and orally. On examination, joints are hot, painful, and swollen. Pain is pulsating, interfering with sleep and daily work, walking is difficult. A course of RT was conducted using the GI emitter.

Result: After 3 days of treatment, the pain significantly decreased, and within a week, the inflammatory process in the joints completely resolved, and pain disappeared. Four months later, at the time of this report, the patient is still in remission.

Patient admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of acute exacerbation of chronic prostatitis, complaining of lower abdominal pain and dysuria symptoms. Treatment: Use of the "CT" setup for 10 minutes and ZB(s) on the bladder area for 10 minutes (simultaneously). Treatment continued for 10 days. The result was a complete remission of the condition.

Patient, 42 years old, admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of obesity. With a height of 164 cm, his weight was 103 kg. He received a general course of IR therapy for 1 month, after which weight loss was observed. No further treatment courses were conducted. More than two years have passed since the treatment, and the patient's current weight is 72 kg (not adhering to a diet).

Patient, 11 years old, admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of acute respiratory viral infection. Ill for two weeks with high fever, runny nose, tearing, and severe headache. Treated with antibiotics and painkillers without improvement. On examination: pharynx hyperemic, tonsil arches swollen, conjunctiva hyperemic, mucous discharge from the nose. EAF diagnostics showed high readings (above 78) on almost all meridians. Treatment included RC(b) using a floating scheme for 7 days, RC(s) on the head and spinal cord area for 3 days, GI(b) from 15 to 30 minutes according to the scheme + KL(b) for 15 minutes for 7 days. As a result of the therapy, headaches and fever normalized after the first session. Nasal discharge stopped on the third day.

Patient admitted to the clinic with signs of acute cystitis. After one session, which included local exposure to the bladder through the anterior abdominal wall and perineum using the "CT" setup, all symptoms of acute cystitis were alleviated within 30 minutes - frequent, painful urination, abdominal pain, and voiding in small amounts.

Patient, 38 years old. Poisoning occurred after ingesting a solution composed of several chemicals. She mixed Polyethylene glycol, chlorhexidine, Dettol, Ethanol, erythromycin ointment, and alcohol, then drank the mixture. Three hours later, she was admitted, still conscious. Mild hand tremors, hyperkinesis, complaints of epigastric pain, and she repeatedly said, "Doctor, help." Gastric lavage was performed, but the pain did not decrease. All EAF points were around 100 and unresponsive to most emitters, except KH on the pituitary and RC on the liver and general RC. After 5 minutes of exposure with the KH emitter on the head and general RC, readings dropped only to 70, but the patient felt better, and the tremors almost ceased. The EAF device also showed reduced readings on the liver and all meridians under RC. Three sessions were conducted in one day. Epigastric pain did not immediately subside with any emitter, but within 2 days, the patient fully recovered and was discharged. Comments: In this case, a symptomatic response of the body was observed. The exact effect on the expulsion of chemicals is not established due to the lack of tracking means. Further study is required.

Patient S., female, 31 years old. Family issues led to divorce, causing the patient to take 50 paracetamol tablets at once. Three days later, she sought help, complaining of excessive drowsiness and loss of appetite. No vomiting occurred after taking the tablets. Her statement was questioned by several doctors, but she insisted she counted the tablets. Her ex-husband, still caring for her, was informed that she would likely need hemodialysis, but not at home. Medical examination: Drowsiness, lethargy, jaundice. Due to dehydration, she received intravenous fluids.

She was offered to try IR therapy, with the understanding that if unsuccessful, she would need daily hemodialysis based on further assessment, to which she agreed.

A 5-day treatment course was conducted, mainly using the RC emitter on the liver (a reaction to this emitter was noted with EAF). The results were very interesting; jaundice did not progress, and all liver enzymes normalized. Blood biochemical markers are as follows:

The patient was discharged from the hospital after 4 days, and a test a week later showed that liver enzymes were normal. She survived without hemodialysis, and jaundice did not progress. No side effects were observed. Comments: The treatment yielded excellent results. It is recommended to study more cases of poisoning accompanied by liver damage in the future.

The patient, born in 1971, visited the clinic due to the absence of pregnancy, as well as complaints of pain in the right inguinal area, increased pain during sexual intercourse, and a prolonged menstrual cycle.

From the history: she has been sexually active for 3 years without contraception, no pregnancy occurred, menstruation is delayed by 2-3 weeks.

On examination: The cervix appeared clean in the speculum; per vaginum, the uterus is of normal size, painless, firm, and mobile. The left adnexa are unremarkable, but those on the right are dense and painful. Discharge is moderate and mucous. Laboratory and instrumental examination showed: Hemoglobin (Hb) - 90 g/L; Leukocytes (L) - 6.0; Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) - 3 mm/h. Ultrasound showed the uterus measuring 60x45x57 mm, shifted to the right, with a homogeneous structure. The right ovary is 36x25 mm with microcystic changes, the left ovary not visualized.

The patient received treatment with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial devices, as well as devices normalizing blood circulation and dissolving pathological connective tissue - both general and local (on the ovaries) procedures. Daily procedures were conducted to stimulate immunity and regulate the vegetative nervous system.

By the 7th day of treatment, the pain disappeared; after the 15th session, the right adnexa were painless, no palpable strands, and the discharge was serous, scant. After a month of therapy, lab results showed: Hb - 110 g/L; L - 5.0 g/L; ESR - 5 mm/h. The ultrasound of the uterus indicated a 4-week pregnancy. The right ovary measured 26x28 mm, the left 30x26 mm.

A patient, born in 1984, came to the clinic complaining of no menstruation for 7 months, weakness, dizziness, and decreased work capacity. Diagnosis - amenorrhea.

In her history: For 5 months, she adhered to a strict diet excluding protein (eating only tomatoes and apples) to lose weight, losing 12 kg during this period. A month after starting the diet, her next menstruation did not occur. She consulted a gynecologist where no pathology in the genital organs was found. Measurement of basal temperature over 3 months showed a monophasic cycle. She received progesterone treatment to stimulate menstruation, which was ineffective.

Upon admission, she had pallor of the skin, and unsatisfactory subcutaneous fat development (weighing 50 kg at 170 cm tall).
The therapy was aimed at normalizing the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, stimulating organs responsible for adaptive mechanisms. During treatment with narrow-spectrum devices, she measured basal temperature. On the 6th day of treatment, an increase in basal temperature to 37°C was noted, indicating normalization of the ovarian cycle. Menstruation began on the 12th day of therapy.

The patient was observed for 3 months during which time her menstruations were regular, moderate, painless, with a cycle of 28-30 days.

A 17-year-old male patient, in 1996, was involved in a car accident and suffered multiple injuries (fracture of the ischial bone, fractures of the tibia, and two fractures of the femur). He spent a long time in the trauma unit where he underwent two surgeries for the fractures. Post-operatively, he noted an inability to urinate independently, requiring catheterization. He was discharged with recommendations for further surgical treatment in urology departments, where urethral reconstruction was recommended, or, if surgery was refused, lifelong weekly urethral dilation. In February 1997, he sought our help, refusing surgical treatment. An urethrocystography performed on 05.02.1997 showed a large bend in the prostatic part of the urethra and a fracture of the ischial bone in two places, with displacement in the lower part. He was troubled by difficult urination with a weak, bifurcated stream. He underwent urethral dilation every 5 days.

After the 1st session of ZB + KL (local, 10 minutes), the patient felt increased warmth during urination.

After the 3rd session, the urine stream became stronger, the color of the urine changed, and there was a presence of blood in the stream.

Dilation was performed every 7 days.

After the 6th session of ZB, dilation was noted to be easier. Before treatment, there was a step-like obstruction (at least 3-4 steps), now only one step remained. Urgency to urinate appeared, with a full urine stream.
After the 9th-10th session of ZB, the dilator passed freely, with slight resistance at the end. Following this, he was sent for a control urethrocystogram, which showed a significant smoothing of the "bend" at the transition from the prostatic to the membranous urethra. Dilation was performed every 18 days. Another course of ZB - 10 sessions, KL - 6 sessions, and KB - 6 sessions on the pelvic bones in the fracture area for 1-2 minutes each was completed, after which dilation was discontinued. The urine stream became full, and urination was free. The control x-ray on 30.04.1997 showed that the patient had fully recovered due to infrared therapy.

A 24-year-old female patient. Initially, in the affected area: In the area of the right zygomatic arch, four hard, bone-like growths adhered to the bone were palpable, of various sizes. During the course of treatment with an emitter based on ceramic material P2M (10W), there was a rapid reduction in all four tumors; they lost their connection with the underlying bone tissue, organized into a fibrous capsule, became mobile, and very soft. Currently, the patient is preparing for surgical removal of the remaining pathologically altered tissue. A total of 10 daily treatments for 20 minutes each were applied.

Patient A.M., a 54-year-old woman. The patient has elevated cholesterol levels with a total cholesterol to HDL-cholesterol ratio of 6.1.
Cholesterol levels have remained high for many years, with high levels of triglycerides and LDL-cholesterol as well.
A course of resonant infrared therapy was conducted, primarily using GI and ZB emitters on the gallbladder.

Results: After one week of treatment, there was an increase in HDL-cholesterol and normalization of triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol levels. The ratio of total cholesterol to HDL-cholesterol decreased to 4.1 within a week, although it had remained high for years despite avoiding high-cholesterol foods.

No side effects were observed.

Comments: With this treatment method, cholesterol levels are easily normalized; it's best to conduct treatment immediately after eating.

A patient, born in 1985, was admitted to the clinic with complaints of constant bleeding from the genital tract for 2 months, dizziness, weakness, and decreased work capacity. Diagnosis - juvenile uterine bleeding.

From the history: For 9 months, menstrual cycle disturbances in the form of prolonged bleeding have been noted. The onset of the disease is not associated with any specific cause. She has repeatedly received hemostatic and uterotonic treatments, synthetic progestins for 3 months without effect.

Upon admission: The skin was pale, Hb - 80 g/L, anisopoikilocytosis present, pelvic ultrasound showed no signs of echopathology. Using electroacupuncture diagnostics according to R. Voll, there was a significant decrease in readings on all meridians.

Treatment with narrow-spectrum infrared emitters was aimed at normalizing the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system, stimulating organs responsible for adaptive mechanisms, as well as immunostimulatory and anti-inflammatory therapy.

Results: Bleeding stopped on the 5th day of treatment, by the 12th day, Hb was at 112 g/L. Subsequent observation for 2 months revealed no recurrence of bleeding.

A 55-year-old patient. Suffering from asthma for 2 years, she experiences daily morning asthma attacks accompanied by stridor and shortness of breath. She constantly requires medication. The use of an inhaler does not relieve the attacks.

Treatment: The patient underwent a 7-day course of resonant therapy, mainly using GI and ZB emitters on the gallbladder and adrenal glands.

Results: After 3 days of treatment, medication use was completely stopped, and there were no more attacks. She returned to her hometown. After the treatment course, there were no asthma attacks, and medication use was discontinued. Six weeks later, she came for a follow-up visit, during which time there had been no asthma attacks. Five months later, she traveled to Mecca, and upon returning, she experienced mild asthma attacks for two days, after which she returned to the Infra Life clinic. After 2 days, she felt well, with no asthma attacks noted. No side effects were observed.

A patient, born in 1982, diagnosed with psoriasis - widespread form, progressive course, mixed type. Upon admission, complaints were of rashes all over the body with severe itching, irritability, sleep and appetite disturbances. From the history: Alongside the diagnosis of adenoid vegetations of the second degree at the age of 4, the boy was diagnosed with pseudo-psoriasis. After adenoidectomy, the pseudo-psoriasis symptoms disappeared.

Since 1992, nasal congestion became a concern again, diagnosed with a deviated nasal septum.

In 1993, spots with scaling appeared on the scalp. The patient was treated at the skin dispensary of the railway medical unit for 2 years, after which complete remission was noted.

In 1996, rashes in the form of plaques appeared on the scalp and body.

From October 6, 1996, the patient was treated with the "Salut" device (a development by Dr. Fischer AO in Vaduz: an apparatus producing a pulsating current that creates a magnetic field in the system). During the treatment (5th-6th session), the number and size of plaques increased, and the condition worsened until November 1996. Submucosal resection of the nasal septum was performed amidst the psoriasis exacerbation in November 1996. The patient repeatedly received treatment in Moscow at the Central Clinical Hospital, took hormones and cytostatics, and tried unconventional methods from folk healers. No improvement was noted; the condition progressed.
On examination, plaques of congestive red color, covered with flat silvery scales and merging, are clearly visible on the skin of the upper part of the head, face, torso, arms, and legs. Rashes cover more than 80% of the skin surface. The nail plates are like thimbles (with minute pitting).

For 3 months, the patient received therapy with resonant infrared emitters GI and KL. After the 10th session, stabilization of the condition was noted, and itching completely ceased. After 1.5 months, the face, neck, and back were almost clear of elements. By the end of treatment, all skin was completely free from pathological elements.

The patient has been observed for 3 years by our clinic's doctors, and no recurrence of the disease has been noted.

A 36-year-old female patient. Has been suffering from psoriasis for 2 years. Complaints include psoriasis lesions on the skin all over the body; joint pain when moving, with movement range reduced by 30% (sometimes due to sharp limitations in knee joint mobility, the patient has to urinate standing up). For the past year, she has also experienced severe, dull pain in the right scapula area.

On examination, the skin condition is widespread. Psoriasis plaques, which are pinkish-red and covered with silvery scales, merge and cover the entire back, hips, and calves. On the arms, the lesions are more prominent on the extensor surfaces. On the scalp, there are multiple scaly papules. The knee joints are erythematous and swollen. Consulted by an orthopedic surgeon who believes these pains are of psoriatic nature. The patient received 34 sessions of "INFRA R" resonant therapy (RT).

Results: Skin lesions diminished daily. After 25 sessions, the skin was completely clear except for a few spots on the back and head. Joint pain decreased, movement range increased to 60%, but movements are still limited (cannot fully squat). After 30 sessions, over a period of 2 weeks, the patient came for treatment twice a week. Consequently, the skin on the arms and legs cleared almost completely except for scar areas, with only a few new lesions appearing on the head. Pain in the scapula decreased by half. After a day's rest from treatment, further reduction in knee joint pain was noted. Home treatment with several emitters was recommended to maintain the therapeutic effect, but the patient declined. Remission lasted for 8 months. The relapse was characterized by less extensive skin lesions and reduced joint pain intensity.

Side Effects: Severe joint pains and cold symptoms for 5 days, leading to confinement to a wheelchair for 4 days due to inability to walk; however, after this, she was able to walk normally, and even better than before starting treatment.

Comments: In this case, near-complete remission was achieved. During the therapy course, there was a side effect of arthralgia. Therefore, it is suggested to determine the optimal exposure duration or to start treatment with lower exposure and increase it as tolerated.

A 65-year-old male patient. Presented with complaints of back pain at the level of the scapula and pain in the left thigh. The pain is dull, worsening over the last two months. During this time, he has also experienced progressive difficulties with urination and defecation due to the lack of urge and ability to strain. Every 4-5 days, he is forced to take laxatives or perform an enema. The patient also cannot feel or control urination, requiring a catheter with 4-hour intervals for urination.

All symptoms have been gradually worsening over two months. He cannot walk but can stand with support. Most pain-relieving medications do not provide complete relief.

Blood biochemistry and hematological profile - normal.

Chest X-ray: One large lesion extends beyond the left cardiac shadow, another is located in the left lateral middle lobe of the lung, presumably with metastases.

Ultrasound: No focal lesions in the liver, kidneys normal, prostate enlarged. CT scan of the head showed multiple large lesions in the brain's meninges.

MRI of the spinal cord: Altered bone marrow signal in the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral regions at multiple levels. There is a pathological compression fracture at the T3 vertebra, associated with a paravertebral mass extending from T1 to T5 and an epidural mass from T2 to T4, causing spinal compression.

At the S2 level, another large tumor is located in the middle and left side, narrowing the sacral spinal canal and likely affecting the nerve endings of the left sacral plexus.

These findings are primarily due to metastatic involvement.

Based on all symptoms, a diagnosis of lung cancer with metastases to the lungs, thoracic spine, sacrum, and brain meninges was made.
The patient was recommended radiotherapy, but he sought alternatives and, upon hearing about treatment with special IR radiation according to the Rahimov method, decided to try it. In his case, radiotherapy had not yet been performed. After being informed that the so-called RC emitter has the effect of recombination of radicals with high activation energy and, theoretically, could reduce or stop growth, with or without symptomatic relief, he wished to try the treatment. He was treated for 14 days, mainly using RC, GI, and ZB with brief exposure.

Results: The results were astonishing, with significant symptomatic relief. After 3 days, there was complete relief from sacral spine pain. The primary issue was pain in the left thigh, which diminished after 10 days and did not return. Bowel movements were restored after 7 days (once every two days) and then daily after a few more days. Urination also became independent, and the catheter was removed. He can walk short distances. Discharged from the hospital, recommended to continue treatment at home with 4 types of emitters (RC, GI, ZB, KL). Ten days later, the patient could walk with a cane and looked very happy. After another 2 weeks (3.5 weeks post-discharge), he arrived without a cane. Before treatment, he was prescribed a wheelchair. All symptomatic improvements were maintained for one month. He stopped treatment when he felt the emitter was no longer effective. A week later, his leg was paralyzed again, and sacral spine pain returned. He came for treatment and received RV emitter therapy. After one session, the pain significantly decreased and stayed at that level.

Comments: Theoretically, treatment might halt cancer growth. In some patients, symptomatic relief is expected when the body's immune system restores normal metabolic processes in the lesion site, especially after the ZB emitter, which aids in tumor resorption to a certain extent and improves blood circulation. The better the clinical condition and organ function, the more effective results we can expect because treatment, in these cases, can be conducted without interference. In patients who have not undergone radio- or chemotherapy, we expect better clinical outcomes. This therapy method can be used for symptomatic treatment of cancer patients.

A 53-year-old male patient. Diagnosis: Bladder cancer and TURP were established one year before starting resonant therapy (RT) using IR. Nine months before RT, intravenous urography (IVU) revealed bilateral hydronephrosis, but the patient refused surgery. Symptoms include urinary incontinence (constant dripping), urethral blockage during urination due to TURP fibrotic complications, causing pain at the base of the urethra when attempting to urinate, requiring constant urethral massage. Sometimes, there's a dull pain in the suprapubic area, lasting from a few hours to a whole day for several months.

Ultrasound before RT showed bilateral hydronephrosis and thickening of the bladder's posterior wall. RT was conducted daily for 3 weeks. Mainly RC and ZB emitters were used on the bladder. Ultrasound was repeated after 14 days - no hydronephrosis, wall thickening remains unchanged.

Urinary incontinence in the form of dripping gradually ceased, starting from the 10th day and almost completely disappeared after 20 therapy sessions over 2 months.

Pain during urination due to urethral blockage also reduced, and by his estimation, relief was about 60% (more than 50%) after the 20th session of treatment.

Absolutely no side symptoms or signs.

He feels well and did not continue treatment after 20 sessions due to the long distance (60 km), as he uses public transport and faces financial difficulties to reach the clinic.

Conclusion: RT provided symptomatic relief for the aforementioned patient with bladder cancer.

A 44-year-old male patient with pancreatic cancer. General condition is critically severe, asthenic, consciousness is slowed. Skin is pale, dry, cool to the touch, with reduced turgor. Body temperature is 35.6°C. The abdomen is sharply painful upon palpation, the liver is not palpable. On EAF testing: on the BAT of the SPED meridian 12.

With the application of the RC emitter, the reading on the BAT of the SPED meridian rose from 12 to 24, and the needle started to fall after 10 seconds, but exposure should continue until the needle drops (according to the formula above) to 18 ((24-12)/2+12). This improves the functional activity of the organ or its part and extends exposure time.

A female patient, born in 1966, admitted in severe condition with a diagnosis - Rheumatism, activity I-II, recurrent rheumatic carditis, mitral-aortic defect, rheumatoid arthritis. Complaints include extreme weakness, shortness of breath, malaise, tachycardia attacks only relieved by cardiac glycosides, severe restriction of mobility in all joints (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, and wrist). The patient arrived with family members as she could not care for herself. BP 180/120, later 160/100. In her medical history, she has been repeatedly treated in hospital for 4-5 years, receiving hormonal therapy (5 tablets of prednisolone daily) for 3 years. Treatment was conducted with GI(s) and ZB(s) emitters on the intestines, RC(s) on the liver and spleen area, then GI(s) and ZB(s) on the liver area, followed by both sides of the adrenal glands, RC(s) and ZB(s) on all joints for 10-15 minutes. The first treatment course lasted 1 month, followed by a 2-week break. As a result, swelling in all joints disappeared, the patient could dress and move independently, BP stabilized around 130/80, tachycardia attacks sharply decreased, almost gone. After the two-week break, she returned for further treatment, which followed the same scheme but focused mainly on the liver and adrenal glands. Thanks to the therapy, she is active, moves freely, and her condition is satisfactory. Currently, she does not require hormonal medications.

A patient, born in 1948, came to the clinic with complaints of pain and swelling in the knee and ankle joints, stiffness throughout the day, chest pain, and cough.

Diagnosis - Rheumatoid arthritis, slowly progressing course, activity stage III, seronegative. Ill since 1986. Recently, pain has intensified, especially in the spine, knees, and ankles, with swelling, difficulty bending, and walking. BP - 150/90 mmHg. In the lungs, there are isolated dry rales. The spine is non-tender on palpation. Ritchie Index 34 points; VAS - 10; ESR - 130 mm/h.

EAF diagnostics: Readings on all meridians are below normal (24-48), but on the liver and joint meridians, readings are above normal (72-88). On the kidney meridian at the bladder point, values were significantly higher than normal (18-28-32).
18 treatment sessions were conducted.

Stiffness has somewhat decreased, although it persisted throughout the day. Movement in the shoulder, wrist, knee, and ankle joints was significantly eased. Pain in other joints has been reduced. The cough is no longer a concern. Upon examination - the Ritchie Index after treatment scored 10 points, VAS - 4. Vesicular breath sounds in the lungs. Heart sounds are slightly muffled. Blood pressure - 130/85; ESR - 135 mm/h.

A patient arrived at the clinic with a cut wound on the middle third of the left forearm. Forty minutes before admission, he fell onto a sharp metal object. On admission, he complained of pain at the wound site, fever, and bleeding. Upon examination: there is a cut wound with clean edges, measuring 10x5 cm on the back of the middle third of the left forearm. There is venous bleeding from the wound, with the wound bed composed of damaged muscles. Movement of the limb is restricted.

The patient was treated with the GI(s) emitter on the wound and intestines for 10-15 minutes twice a day, and KL(s) on the pancreas and hypothalamus for 5 minutes twice a day.

Results: By the 5th day, the wound healed by primary intention.

A patient, born in 1966, was admitted in a severe condition complaining of extreme weakness, shortness of breath, malaise, tachycardia attacks relieved only by cardiac glycosides, severe restriction of mobility in all joints (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, and wrist), with BP 180/120 then 160/100. She first became ill 5 years ago, has been repeatedly treated in hospital, and has received hormone therapy (25 mg prednisolone 3 times a day) for 3 years. Diagnosis: Rheumatism, activity I-II, recurrent rheumatic carditis, mitral-aortic defect, rheumatoid arthritis.

Treatment was conducted using the "INFRA R" RT method, with emitters providing anti-inflammatory effects and normalizing microcirculation. Simultaneously, procedures were carried out with the use of UICI aimed at normalizing lipid metabolism and gut microflora.

The patient underwent 2 treatment courses with a 2-week break. The first course lasted one month. The results of the first course included:

• Elimination of swelling in all joints
• Normalization of gastrointestinal function
• The patient could dress and move independently
• BP stabilized at 130/80
• Tachycardia attacks sharply decreased, almost disappearing.

After a two-week break, the patient returned for continued treatment, following the same scheme but with an emphasis on normalizing lipid metabolism and stimulating glucocorticoid synthesis.

Thanks to the treatment, the patient was taken off hormone therapy, became active, and could move freely.

A 22-year-old patient with a history of two spontaneous late miscarriages with hepatosplenomegaly and anasarca. In both cases, the pregnancy termination occurred at 6-7 months. Examination revealed antibodies to cytomegalovirus. Ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries showed signs of chronic endometritis. Upon admission, she complained of severe lower abdominal pain, bloody vaginal discharge, and frequent headaches. The woman received 12 sessions using both general and local emitters such as RV+AF+ZC+KL, and treatment through the perineum with the "CT" setup. The uterus was treated simultaneously through the anterior abdominal wall and the perineum. After 6 sessions, vaginal discharge and lower abdominal pain completely ceased. After 12 sessions, the blood test for cytomegalovirus antibodies was negative. Ultrasound showed the uterus to be of normal shape, structure, and size without echopathology.

A 51-year-old patient had no particular complaints but wished to undergo a treatment course for preventive purposes. After EAF testing, most indicators were above normal, around 60-75. Treatment was mainly conducted with RV, KL, GI, and ZB emitters. The course was not regular, totaling 10 sessions over a month. The patient was almost completely gray. One month after the start of treatment, the patient noticed all hair had turned dark. All short or newly growing hair was also black. No side effects were observed.

Patient Z.M., 36 years old, suffers from pain in many joints, especially in the knees and small joints of the hands. For 4 years, morning stiffness in the joints has been troubling her, with an absolute inability to straighten her knees. Examination by an orthopedic surgeon showed no abnormalities in the blood. The diagnosis of seronegative arthritis was made. A course of RT was conducted, mainly using GI and ZB emitters for a month.

Results: No joint pain at night, daytime pain significantly reduced, no morning stiffness. By her own estimation, pain relief was up to 90% compared to before treatment. Two months after treatment cessation, the clinical condition remained at the same level.

Comments: This therapy method can provide symptomatic relief for seronegative arthritis. Similar results were observed in two other patients. However, a relapse can occur at any time, so long-term preventive use of GI and ZB emitters is recommended.

Patient R.M., 50 years old, has been suffering from joint pain for 2 years. The main affected joint is the right shoulder, which became "frozen" due to movement restriction. A course of RT using the "INFRA R" method was conducted, mainly using GI and ZB emitters daily for 3 weeks.

Results: Complete relief from pain, with the condition maintained for 8 months at the time of this record. No side effects were observed.

Note: Eight months later, the patient returned due to pain in the right sacroiliac area that had appeared over the past week. The pain resolved within a week.

Patient Z.M., a 36-year-old woman, suffers from pain in many joints, especially in the knees and small joints of the hands. A 54-year-old woman came to the clinic with complaints of severe back pain, which prevented her from walking. She has been ill for many years, with the pain intensifying and becoming constant over the last 2 years. Objectively, the patient is overweight; palpation revealed tenderness paraspinally in the sacral area. X-rays showed displacement of the L5-S1 vertebrae.

The patient received treatment with IR emitters on the back area GI(s) for 10 minutes focused on the spine, particularly in the lumbar region, followed by spinal massage twice a day with simultaneous application of the ZB(s) emitter. As a result of the therapy, the patient can now walk for up to one hour without back pain.

A 33-year-old patient presented with complaints of pain in the right hand, especially in the fingers, with numbness in the index, middle, and ring fingers, which began two months ago. Symptoms worsen at night after housework. Numbness and pain sometimes disturb sleep.
The patient took several medications prescribed by an orthopedic surgeon without improvement. Surgery to relieve the pressure on the wrist was scheduled.

She turned to the Infra-Life clinic, and although we were unsure of the therapy's effect, she wanted to try an unconventional approach.
EAF readings were high at most points, responding to the RC emitter.

A 14-day therapy course was conducted. No improvement was noted in the first 3 days; numbness began to subside after 4 days. By the 10th day, the symptom was completely gone, and the patient was very happy.

Side Effects: After the first day of treatment, the patient experienced a severe headache lasting 24 hours, so the second session was postponed by a day. She took paracetamol for pain relief, which provided some relief.

Comments: One should try to treat carpal tunnel syndrome before resorting to significant surgical intervention. It seems that the syndrome is a manifestation of chemical process changes in the body.

An 11-year-old patient came with complaints of severe general weakness, constant subfebrile temperature, and joint pain. Examination revealed LE cells, positive C-reactive protein, leukocytes up to 15 in the urine field of view, protein 0.0033%, and an ESR of 30 mm/h. She has been ill for 3 years. Despite treatment, her ESR remained consistently high. On examination, the patient was underweight with a poor appetite. Joints were not deformed. She consistently had a subfebrile temperature of 37.2-37.3°C. Treatment was carried out using an antiviral emitter RV, procedures to restore gut flora (GI) and immunity (KB). After local emitters, general action emitters RC, GI, KB were applied. As a result of the treatment, after 3 weeks, the ESR decreased to 20 mm/h. The temperature rose periodically. The patient's appetite improved, and she started gaining weight.

A 37-year-old patient. The diagnosis was confirmed by a therapist. She has been suffering from chronic recurring joint pains and ulcers for 3 years. She underwent treatment twice in hospital conditions where parenteral nutrition was administered due to an inability to swallow because of severe mouth and throat ulcers. She takes 20 mg of prednisolone daily for 3 years; without it, joint pains intensify, and mouth ulcers worsen. Her weight is 75 kg, with some degree of "moon face." RT using the "INFRA R" method was conducted for 5 days. After the second day of treatment, as a reaction, there was facial swelling with normal serum protein levels, and a slight increase in joint pain. The exposure time of IR emitters was reduced, and the swelling decreased by the 5th day. Over 2 months of treatment, the patient's weight decreased by 15 kg to 60 kg; joint pains and mouth ulcers completely disappeared. The dose of prednisolone was gradually reduced until the drug was completely discontinued. The patient stopped treatment. There were no relapses for 14 months. A relapse manifested with weak recurring joint pains, after which she started taking prednisolone again at 5 mg and returned to our clinic. At the time of this record, the patient is undergoing the third session of a repeat RT course.

A patient born in 1951 was admitted to the clinic complaining of tearing, joint ache, leg pain, vision deterioration, and general weakness.
From the history: Considered herself ill for 1.5 years; examined at the Institute of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases where toxoplasmosis (primarily ocular form) - chorioretinitis was diagnosed.

On examination: tearing, peripheral lymph nodes enlarged, mainly submandibular and axillary, heart sounds are muffled. Immunological blood test for toxoplasmosis - RFIA result 1:20.

For 8 weeks, daily treatment was conducted with both general and local emitters. These included: antiviral (10 min/day), antibacterial and anti-inflammatory (20-90 min/day according to the scheme), immunomodulatory (10 min/day), and circulation-improving (10-15 min/day) emitters. Local emitters were aimed at the brain membranes, lymph nodes, liver, spleen, kidneys, eyes, gallbladder, and intestines. The exposure time for local emitters was adjusted under EAF control. Daily regulation of the vegetative nervous system was also performed.

Results: After 3 weeks of treatment, leg and joint pain disappeared; after 8 weeks, tearing ceased, and vision improved. A repeat immunological blood test for toxoplasmosis was negative.

A 62-year-old patient has been suffering from severe back pain for two years after falling from a ladder. Due to the severe pain, she cannot walk, stand, and is forced to remain horizontal. X-rays showed spondylolisthesis at L IV-V.

She received treatment for 14 days.

Results: Significant improvement; the patient can walk, sit as much as she wants without pain. She can walk without assistance, can bend her knees without pain. Observation period for the patient - 6 months. Pain did not recur.

No side effects were observed.

Comments: Good treatment effects were observed in two other patients with spondylolisthesis.

An 8-year-old patient presented with progressive involuntary blinking occurring 30-40 times per minute. She has been ill for 6 months. An ophthalmologist's examination found no anomalies. Examined by a therapist, a brain CT scan showed no abnormalities.

Treatment: The patient underwent a course of RT. EAF readings were 70-80 on most points. The RV emitter was selected based on EAF. Treatment was conducted daily for 7 days, followed by treatment a week later.

Results: Daily improvement. The frequency of blinking decreased to normal. Remission was maintained for a year. No side effects were observed.

Patient U., 62 years old, a woman, was treated for 2 years in a therapeutic clinic in Johor Hospital. She once had an acute episode of air shortage, accompanied by rapid heartbeat and orthopnea. She was hospitalized for two weeks and diagnosed with thyrotoxic cardiomyopathy. Left ventricular heart failure was observed. She was discharged on the 8th day. Orthopnea decreased after a few days in the hospital, but other symptoms like chest pain, fainting, increased sleepiness, and rapid heartbeat persisted for 3 weeks. The patient could not stand or walk. Due to extreme weakness, she constantly wanted to lie down, could not sit for more than 5 minutes, and could not feed herself. She also suffered from constipation and insomnia. Symptoms persisted until she sought treatment at Infra Life Clinic.

ECG: Atrial fibrillation.

Echo: Left atrial dilation, mitral valve thickening, moderate myocardial dystrophy of the left ventricle, and 52% filling.

Treatment started with the following prescription: T. Carbimazole 15 mg tds, T. Propanolol 40 mg bd, T. Furosemide 40 mg bd, T. Slow K, 2 bd, T. Digoxin 0.125 mg OD.

The patient took these medications, but since discharge, she was bedridden due to severe weakness.

Based on her physical condition, Infra Life Clinic was hesitant to start IR therapy, as the outcome could be unpredictable, and doctors did not want to take responsibility for any worsening. However, her family insisted on a trial course of resonant IR therapy as they felt helpless watching her condition.

EAF readings: Low on most points, below 10, many points at 0-12. On the meridians of the lymphatic system, lungs, large intestine, nervous system, circulation, allergy, organ degeneration, heart, and small intestine around 0-20. At least one point on each of the aforementioned meridians registered '0'. On many points, readings were 0, 4, 6 or <10. On the following meridians, readings were 12-30: pancreas, spleen, liver, joints, stomach, gallbladder, kidneys, and bladder. After using the ZB emitter, readings on most points increased to 40, BP 95/65.

When selecting emitters by EAF, the patient did not respond to any emitters except the general ZB, where readings increased from 10 to 40 on the meridians of organ degeneration and circulation. After 2 minutes, the readings started to decrease slowly, and the treatment was stopped at a reading of 25. The next day, before starting treatment, most readings were higher at 10-20, and she could tolerate a session up to 5 minutes.

A few hours after the first session, at home, she could sit longer, slept well, and had an easy bowel movement. After the second session, she could stand and walk a short distance. By the third session, readings were 20-30 compared to 10-20. After 5 sessions, she could stand for half a prayer, and after 7 sessions, she could walk and stand for the whole prayer.

After 10 sessions, the patient felt significantly better and could do light housework. She almost fully returned to her original physical state. Treatment continued weekly, with 2 sessions before it was stopped. Further improvement was noted; she feels well, except for occasional rapid heartbeat. Her last visit for a follow-up was 10 months later. Since then, she has been in good health.

A 23-year-old patient was admitted with a diagnosis of toxoplasmosis. Complaints upon admission included headache, general weakness, lumbar and inguinal pain, frequent blood pressure increases up to 130/90 - 140/80 mmHg, joint pains, and nausea. On examination, joints appeared unchanged but painful upon palpation, Wright-Huddleson test positive (1:100), RFIA for toxoplasmosis 1:80.

Treatment: RC(b) on a floating scheme, RC(s) on "interest" zones, GI(b) from 10 to 40 minutes according to the scheme, GI(s) on the stomach, intestines, kidneys, liver, and pancreas for 10 minutes each, KL(b) for 10 minutes, ZB(b) for 10 minutes twice a week.

Results: Headache, weakness, and nausea disappeared on the 3rd-4th day of treatment. Joints were pain-free by the 6th day, Wright-Huddleson test, and RFIA for toxoplasmosis negative after 2 weeks.

A patient presented with complaints of thyroid gland enlargement. EAF readings at the thyroid points were above normal. When emitters were applied to the thyroid area, normalization of readings was not observed. When the GI(s) emitter was directed at the lung area (where EAF readings were below normal), normalization was noted not only on the lung points but also on the thyroid points.

A 50-year-old patient presented with complaints of thyroid gland enlargement. EAF readings on thyroid and lung points were below normal. Only lung points tested positive for infection and disease nosodes. Testing determined that normalization of thyroid readings was achieved by applying an emitter to the lung area. This is explained by the fact that a disease in the lungs led to thyroid functional disturbances. Due to compensatory functions necessary for normal body functioning, the thyroid became overloaded, which was reflected in the below-normal EAF readings.

A 42-year-old patient presented with complaints of thyroid gland enlargement, weakness, sleepiness, and dry skin. EAF readings below normal were determined on points of the thyroid, intestines, and lungs. On all other points, they were within normal limits. No emitters were found to normalize thyroid function when directly applied. When the GI emitter was applied to the lung area, normalization of readings was observed at both lung and thyroid points. This fact indicates a reduction in the compensatory function of the thyroid due to the pathological process in the lungs.

A patient born in 1958. Clinical diagnosis - Nodular toxic goiter. Accompanying - severe anemia grade III. Complaints include neck pain (in the thyroid projection), a sensation of a foreign body, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, pale skin, hot flashes at bedtime, and a subcutaneous hardening on the left foot the size of a nut. Symptoms began half a year ago. The patient was examined at the Institute of Endocrinology. During the examination, severe anemia was detected. Before coming to us, she received treatment at the blood transfusion institute. After the treatment, her condition slightly improved, but complaints of neck pain persisted. An endocrinologist recommended surgery.

Past illnesses: ARVI, catarrhal angina, periodontitis, anemia. No harmful habits. No family history of the disease.

On examination: General condition relatively satisfactory. Skin and visible mucous membranes clean, pale. Throat calm. Peripheral lymph nodes not enlarged. Musculoskeletal system - there is spinal deformity (scoliosis). Visually: thyroid diffusely enlarged, grade III. Consistency is firm-elastic. In the lungs - vesicular breathing. Heart sounds clear, slight systematic murmur at the apex. BP - 90/60.
Abdomen soft, non-painful. Liver and spleen not palpable. Bowel movements normal.

Laboratory data: Thyroid function test - thyroid image deformed due to the absence of the upper pole and middle zone of the right lobe. Left lobe and isthmus enlarged. Central thyroid function within normal limits. Conclusion: extensive "cold" defect of accumulation, replacing the volume of the upper pole and middle zone of the right lobe. Compensatory hypertrophy of the left lobe and isthmus.

Ultrasound: from January 12, 1998, thyroid gland - right lobe 39x25 mm, where two nodules are visible - 16x11 mm, and 17x15 mm. Left lobe - 35x25 mm, one nodule - 17x11 mm. In both lobes, smaller nodules of 5 and 7 mm are visible. Conclusion: Nodular goiter.

Blood test: from October 16, 1997, after therapy - Hb - 107 g/L, erythrocytes - 3.5x10^12/L, CI - 0.8. Reticulocytes 56% (on the background of A12 injections), thrombocytes - 112% - 392x10^9/L, neutrophils - 60.0, eosinophils - 7.0, lymphocytes - 28.0, ESR - 13 mm/h, macrocytosis.

EAF diagnosis results: Readings above normal on meridians: Lymphatic system KT 1-78/74, 3-70. Lungs point 10 - 80/82. Nervous system point 1 - 70, 1a - 78, KT - 78, 3 - 78, 3a - 76. Blood vessels 8c - 72, 8a - 70, 8 - 74. Allergy 1 - 72, KT - 74. Epithelium and parenchyma 1 - 78, 1.1 - 72, 2 - 80.

Treatment: Conducted according to the general regime. When local emitters were placed on the thyroid area, normalization of readings was not observed, neither on the thyroid point nor on points of other organs. However, when the GI emitter was applied to the lung area, readings of all organs (including the thyroid) moved towards normal.

The results of the emitter testing can be commented on as follows. The inflammatory process in the lung area forces the body into anaerobic energy exchange, which requires additional energy supplied by intensified protein anabolism and catabolism. This, in turn, leads to adrenal hormone insufficiency due to high consumption, which was compensated by increased functional activity of the thyroid gland (since thyroid hormones can partially substitute for adrenal hormones), leading to nodule formation.

In line with our assumptions about the causes and mechanisms of this disease's development, treatment focused on the lung area and increasing the functional activity of the adrenal glands, gallbladder (as a source of free cholesterol when exposed to appropriate emitters), and intestines, which are primarily responsible for delivering necessary energy and building materials.

After a month-long therapy course, the patient's condition significantly improved; her ability to work increased, weakness is rare. Hb increased from 107 g/L to 130 g/L. No evening hot flashes.

Ultrasound of the thyroid gland from February 18, 1998: Right lobe 47x36x32 mm, multiple nodules of 4-10 ml relatively homogeneous. Left lobe 56x28x45 mm, parenchyma unevenly dense, multiple nodules up to 10 mm in structure. Isthmus 15 mm thick, nodule d - 8 mm in the isthmus parenchyma.

Ultrasound from March 14, 1998: Thyroid gland, right lobe 42x28x32 mm, multiple nodules from 4 to 9 mm in diameter. Left lobe 36x28x41 mm, two large nodules - 11x9 mm, 12x8 mm, and smaller ones up to 8 mm. Isthmus 16 mm thick, nodule d - 6 mm.

A patient born in 1988 was admitted to the dermatology department of TashPMI clinic from Angren city, complaining of a thickening on the skin of the left frontal bone, left supraorbital area, extending to the bridge of the nose and hairy scalp, resembling a saber cut, loss of appetite, weakness, and rapid fatigue. According to his mother, he has been ill for 2.5 years. The illness was preceded by follicular tonsillitis, after which a painless, dense, shiny erythematous linear area appeared on the skin of the left frontal bone. Subsequently, the lesion slowly enlarged, extending to the hairy scalp with large focal alopecia, to the left supraorbital ridge and the bridge of the nose. The distal edge of the lesion hardened, while the proximal (on the hairy scalp) was replaced by brown pigmentation, with the skin within the lesion gradually atrophying. The patient had repeatedly visited a local dermatologist; localized scleroderma of linear form was diagnosed, several courses of antibiotic therapy, resorptive, vitamin, and hormone therapy were carried out. There was virtually no effect; the dermatological process progressed.

Dermatological examination: Asymmetric, non-inflammatory, located on the skin of the left frontal bone, left supraorbital ridge, extending in a saber cut pattern to the bridge of the nose. The process involves the hairy scalp, where there is large focal alopecia. The pathological focus is clearly demarcated from the surrounding tissue, slightly recedes, has a purplish-red border. Within the lesion, the skin is atrophied, parchment-like, fused with surrounding tissues, does not fold. No subjective sensations. There is marked facial asymmetry with signs of hemiatrophy and anophthalmia. Downy hairs on the left forehead are completely gone, the left eyebrow is significantly thinner than the right (see picture). Skin temperature on the left bone is 0.8-1.2°C lower than on the right. A pediatrician found no internal organ pathology. No visible pathology on the overview radiograph. An ENT doctor diagnosed chronic compensated tonsillitis.

In the dermatology department of TashPMI clinic, the patient received 15 sessions of RT. Both general and local emitters were used: GI - general action with gradually increasing exposure time from 15 to 65 minutes, KL - on the hypothalamus area for 15 minutes; ZB - directly on the affected area - 15-20 minutes. Simultaneously, the patient received medication therapy: lidase, vitamin B1, B6, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid. No local ointment therapy was applied. After treatment, general condition improved, sleep and appetite normalized. In the pathological focus, the peripheral purplish rim disappeared, the scleroderma plaque became softer, its edges slightly smoothed, the skin began to fold slightly, pigmentation decreased. Pre-capillary collaterals develop around the atrophy focus. The patient was recommended a repeat treatment course after a three-week break.

A 45-year-old married man with chronic renal failure due to obstructive uropathy from kidney stones. Six years ago, he had kidney stones, which led to cystolithotripsy (stone fragmentation) and subsequent surgical lithotomy (stone removal). Since then, urine volume has decreased, and hypertension developed. He takes atenolol and nifedipine at 10 mg.

Further observation revealed progressive renal failure and kidneys significantly reduced in size. Hemodialysis was started 6 months ago, 3 times a week.

The patient sought treatment at our clinic but came very irregularly due to time spent on hemodialysis. For the first 2 weeks, treatment was conducted 3 times a week, then 2 times over 3 weeks. He was advised to collect urine in a container, measure the volume with a syringe, and keep records. Urine output remained unchanged over the past 6 months.

Results: From the start of treatment, urine output increased as follows:

• Before treatment — 80 ml/day
• 5th day — 115 ml/day
• 7th day — 125 ml/day
• 14th day — 145 ml/day

After 14 sessions, urine volume did not change and remained at 130-145 ml/day.

Side Effects: On the day of treatment, the patient sometimes felt a mild headache that did not interfere with work.

Comments: Urine volume increased by 60-70%, but the baseline is still very low to consider discontinuing hemodialysis. Treatment is quite limited for hemodialysis patients if the baseline is low. With continued treatment, further urine increase might be possible, but to what extent is unknown. However, one might expect a doubling of urine volume before reaching a plateau.
In this case, the urine volume increased, but the patient could not come on schedule, only once a week, as he spends 3-4 hours on dialysis 3 times a week at the dialysis center.

A 55-year-old male patient. Chronic renal failure due to chemotherapy for stomach cancer. Surgery for stomach cancer was performed, achieving remission. The patient is currently on hemodialysis twice a week.

Resonant therapy was applied to improve kidney function. Before the course, urine volume was approximately 500 ml/day. After a two-week course, urine output significantly increased to 700 ml/24 hours. Hemodialysis is still required twice a week.

No side effects were observed.

Comments: Therapy can increase urine volume in chronic renal failure, but it's better not with such a low baseline as in this case.

A 41-year-old female patient. Chronic renal failure developed due to kidney stone disease. She was operated on, but chronic renal failure had already set in. The patient is on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (4 bags per day) for 2 years. Edema appears and disappears, skin pallor. Hypertension, taking nifedipine 10 mg tablets and prazosin 1 mg tablets. Both kidneys are very small (shrunken). Before treatment, daily urine volume was around 20-25 ml. The patient underwent a 30-day therapy course.

Results: Urine volume increased daily or over several days as follows: 40 ml - 50 ml - 60 ml - 70-80 ml - 110 ml - 120 ml - 125 ml over the monthly period. The increase in flat urine level after 20 days of treatment is still insufficient to allow the patient to stop dialysis, but the overall condition has noticeably improved. Previously, she was unable to do housework due to fatigue and lack of energy. Since starting treatment, she can manage household chores all day and feels an increase in productivity. Treatment resulted in a significant 600% increase in urine compared to the initial level, but further treatment is not expected to increase urine volume further.

During the therapy course, the patient experienced painless hematuria for 3 days. She was referred to a surgeon, underwent an ultrasound, which revealed a small stone in the right ureter that disappeared with continued treatment. No complications were noted.

Comments: Even with a significant increase in urine output, the patient remains on dialysis at the same level (3-4 bags per day). Therefore, this method is not recommended for patients with chronic renal failure if their pre-treatment urine volume was very low. This method cannot help patients discontinue dialysis but might be beneficial for those with a urine volume over 500 ml/day.

Patient S., born in 1977, came to our clinic with a diagnosis of cytomegalovirus infection complicated by habitual late miscarriage. Over the last 2 years, she experienced two spontaneous miscarriages at 6-7 months of pregnancy, with fetuses showing signs of hepatosplenomegaly, ascites, and anasarca. Upon admission, she complained of aching lower abdominal pain, back pain, and copious purulent-bloody vaginal discharge. The cytomegalovirus test was positive (1:20). Discharge analysis: yeast, numerous cocci. Ultrasound showed chronic endometritis, chronic adnexitis, ovarian cysts.

After ten days of therapy with antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immunostimulatory emitters, combined with the "CT" setup, clinical manifestations of the disease disappeared. A repeat cytomegalovirus test two weeks after starting therapy was negative, and no echopathology was found on the ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries.

Another patient, born in 1976, presented with complaints of constant aching lower abdominal pain, painful menstruation, subfebrile body temperature, copious purulent vaginal discharge, and frequent urination with unpleasant sensations.

From the history: Ill for 2 years, repeatedly received medical treatment without effect.

On Examination: Diagnosed with chronic colpitis, urethritis, bilateral adnexitis. Laboratory data: Blood test for cytomegalovirus positive; discharge analysis: marked leukocytosis, chlamydia, staphylococci, and yeast fungi detected.

The treatment course consisted of 24 sessions. Antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory emitters were used. Immune correction and normalization of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems were also conducted.

Results: On the 7th day, normalization of body temperature was noted, pain disappeared by the 10th day, and significant reduction in vaginal discharge by the 15th day. On repeat examination, cytomegalovirus was not found in the blood. In the discharge analysis, leukocytes were within normal limits, chlamydia was not detected, and staphylococci and yeast fungi were present in minimal amounts.

The patient complains of frequent headaches. EAF readings on vascular points are above normal, while on large intestine points, they are lower. During emitter testing on the large intestine points, normalization of readings was observed after exposure with the GI emitter on the large intestine area, indicating an inflammatory process there. Simultaneously, normalization of readings on the vascular points was noted. After several sessions of IR therapy with the GI emitter on the intestine area, there was an increase in EAF readings on the large intestine points and normalization of the vascular points. Headaches significantly decreased.

A 30-year-old female patient.

Complaints: For 2 months, the patient had chronic dry cough, weight loss, and loss of appetite.

Chest X-ray showed a fluffy shadowing in the right upper lobe. However, sputum for AFB was negative. The clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis was made, and a standard regimen of medication including rifampicin was prescribed.

The patient came to us on the second day, hoping that resonant therapy with an antibacterial emitter might help alongside medications.
Treatment started using GI and RC emitters. Due to high EAF readings on the liver, the RC emitter was also applied to the liver. Treatment was conducted every other day as the patient felt very tired after each session.

An interesting phenomenon was observed: on treatment days, urine was clear and colorless, on days without treatment, urine was reddish. This phenomenon was observed over 7 days, where on 3 treatment days, the urine was clear, and on 4 non-treatment days, it was reddish, although the patient took the same dose of rifampicin. She was concerned that the IR radiation on the liver might reduce the effectiveness of the medication, as this method is not proven. We gave her the choice to continue treatment but without the liver emitter or to stop the course. She chose to proceed with only medication therapy.

Side Effects: The primary symptom on IR therapy days was drowsiness.

Comments: The observed phenomenon might be related to the significant influence on the liver's processing of medications in general or specifically rifampicin in this case or paracetamol in the previously described case.
